great would highly recommend.
Pros:

Delicious breakfast, cooked to perfection. Jonathon was so lovely. Bed was really comfortable. Hotel was very clean for an old building. All staff very friendly and helpful. pool was spot on, didn't use outdoor one but had a look- very nice.

Cons:

didn't have a view of the sea, but still wasn't the worse view we've ever had and you get what you pay for.

Wondrous Woolacombe Bay.
Pros:

The location, with a wondrous panorama, was magical. The hotel had a glorious ambience and the room was perfect.
10 out of 10 all around.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Although the price of a breakfast was a little out of my price range.

Overall had a lovely stay .Beware that booking through booking .com is very expensive for room only
Pros:

Loved the building and the gents clothing.very smart and in keeping with the period.nice to have the pool and spa facilities.

Cons:

Room was small .decor far too modern for the building.more like a travel lodge decor.poor choice in restaurant so we ate elsewhere.

Cons:

Bathroom shower poorly designed for purpose. great shower, but water went everywhere due to poor design.
That shouldn't bother me as its not my property, but just poor design for purpose really.
