Das Hotel war wegen der Corona-Krise geschlossen! Ich musste für die eine Nacht auf dem Airport Teneriffa Sud übernachten! Gerade in solchen Notsituationen sollte man sich auf ein seriöses Unternehmen wie ebookers verlassen können. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und erwarte die volle Rückerstattung. Apartments are decent for the price but could do with makeover. Kitchenette poorly equipped. Ok cleanliness even though we were greeted by a cockroach on the first morning.

But what makes this absolutely a horrible stay is the noise from the strip of discos across the street. First night of our stay we had an apartment directly facing the street and the noise level was 80-85dB from 10 to 4 in the morning, no way to sleep. Staff was friendly and arranged for us to get another apartment further back which helped a little, at least it was possible to sleep with earplugs.

Could not recommend at all, unless you are there to party into the early hours each night, then it's the perfect place.

No air condtioning, bathroom had no ventalation,, this made bathroom very damp.

The problem was we originally had a room at the front but the noise was horrendous so we asked to move to the back. The room was awful no air conditioning the bathroom was stained in the tiny bath the steel fittings were rusty the tiling was chipped the kitchen had been painted but had flaked off i could go on.

Yes it is noisy at night so if you want a quiet location away from all the bars and clubs then its not the place to stay. If however you do want to be near all the action then its brilliant as its just over the road. Value for money accommodation, so for the amount paid I thought it was great. I also liked the fact each apartment has its own mini roof terrace.

Det var 2 våning bungalow med terrass på 3 våning. Vi hade havutsikt. Servis var ok. Pool område fin och mysig. Till havet 5 min. Solsäng kostade 6 euro. Sand strand. Vi var andra vecka i mars och det var 27°. Det är bra att ta med sig öronproppar pga nattklubbar i närheten.

Absolutely horrific- checked out after the first night. Of course we expected some noise being across from the strip- however as there was a significant hole above and around the window it was impossible to block out any of the noise.
On reporting to reception we were told that ‘they knew about the hole’ but no offer to fix it or to change us rooms.
Save your money. Book somewhere else

Flott værmessig ferie . Boforhold greie ,men trenger oppgradering. Spesielt er vinduer og dører " tite lydtette " -- nærliggende natteliv med musikk til kl 04.00 vanskeliggjorde nattesøvn. Byggearbeider i nærliggende bygningsmasse var også forstyrrende , musikk -- boring i betong -- høylytt roping av arbeidsfolk gjorde avslapping ved egen leilighet vanskelig og slitsom.

Leuk appartement langs de boulevard straat oversteken en je bent na 200 mtr bij het strand .wel herrie van het uitgaans leven .maar daar moet ook zijn

very tired apartments did not look like any of the pictures possibly the worst we have stayed in

it was our second stay at the property, we truly love it however it gets extremely loud at night.Doubleglazing / soundproofing the windows might help

There's not much to like. It's very basic, seedy and terrible location.

The potential here is fantastic ! Very quirky property with everything you require for a stay in the lively part of America’s, however it’s a bit tired and in need of updating.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, (opposite Veronicas). A bit noisy at night, but nothing i couldn't handle. could do with a bit of money spending on it, but it was great value for the monies spent. you get a lot for your money as well, with the private sun terrace and the communal one. would stay again in an instant, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Each apartment is on three floors, lounge/kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom on the first and a roof terrace; mine had a jacuzzi. The kitchen had a hob, kettle, fridge and microwave. There was a good size TV in the lounge, but the only English channel was CNN. The stairs between each floor are steep and narrow, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bed-linen and towels were clean, although the bed seemed to have a plastic undersheet. The roof had two sunbeds, a table and chairs. There is no air-conditioning, only a fan. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and Shakira the cat was friendly too. The pool is quite small and surrounded by the apartments; although I didn’t use it other residents did, as well as the bar there. The WiFi worked, but was a little slow.
The most important point is that it is right by Veronica’s; if you don’t like loud music until 4am, don’t stay here. I didn’t care and slept like a log. It is literally minutes from the beach and a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.
Overall, I had a very pleasant time and would recommend this hotel, with the above caveats.

Contact before we arrived was good. Reception was efficient and helpful. The accomodation was larger than expected. The rooms were a little warm but the huge sun terrace was great early morning and late evening. The three of us really enjoyed the hotel and holiday.
