Luogo pulitissimo...da queste due parole inizio a raccontare la nostra esperienza. Siamo arrivati a Genova da Catania perché mio figlio doveva fare un intervento al Gaslini. Avevo gia trovato un altro alloggio per il soggiorno ma credetemi se dico che in questa città ci sono prezzi altissimi e quando si trova un prezzo abbordabile, la truffa è dietro l'angolo...ed è così che al nostro arrivo a Genova ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad un garage adibito a b&b, sporco e piccolissimo. La stessa sera abbiamo cercato un altra sistemazione consona con un bambino che sarebbe stato da lì a poco reduce da un intervento e che quindi avrebbe avuto bisogno di un ambiente almeno pulito. Cosi alle 23 circa ci siamo messi io e mio marito su booking a cercare una nuova sistemazione. Ci siamo imbattuti nel CHC Business Residence e abbiamo chiamato che erano circa le 24. Per fortuna avendo la reception presidiata 24 ore su 24 (presso HOLIDAY INN di cui fa parte il residence) con grande gioia abbiamo potuto prenotare per i giorni restanti. Al nostro arrivo l'indomani abbiamo trovato un luogo superiore alle nostre aspettative...pulitissimo, accogliente e con spazi grandi. Il prezzo a notte non è stato di certo eccessivo rispetto alla media degli alloggi da 3 e 4 stelle di Genova. Tra un paio di anni dovrò ritornare per un ulteriore intervento di mio figlio e stavolta saprò dove andare. Nelle vicinanze a pochissimi metri c'è la Coop, il bar, la farmacia, un panificio e tante altre attività.

Cons:

Unica pecca...siamo vicino al porto e la sera se posteggi la macchina fuori non puoi stare molto tranquillo. Per fortuna c'è la possibilità di usare il parcheggio privato a 14 euro a notte e per noi che non avevamo voglia di cercare parcheggio dopo le vicissitudini di quei giorni alla fine andava anche bene.

La camera era molto spaziosa e vicina all'imbarco del traghetto che dovevo prendere il giorno dopo. Il bagno e' confortevole con doccia amia. Non ho fatto colazione nella struttura, perche' non compresa nella tariffa ma ho usato il parcheggio a pagamento anche se dalle info su Booking.com ne avevo dedotto la disponibileita'.

Cons:

Trovare l'ingresso della residenza non e' facilissimo perche' poco visibile e le strade di Genova non sono di facile percorrenza, Poi si scopre che e' gestita da Holday Inn che invece si nota benissimo: sarebbe tutto piu' semplice fornire i riferimenti di Holiday Inn per trovare la struttura.
