Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Posizione centrale, ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare dentro.

Cons:

Lo staff è praticamente inesistente, ma comunque raggiungibile al telefono.
L'areazione del bagno non era ottimale.

Pros:

La habitación está bien y limpia. El alojamiento es tranquilo y está cercano al centro, unos 10 minutos caminando aproximadamente.

Cons:

Que no hay nadie en recepción, no sé si por ser temporada baja (febrero) e ignoraron mis mensajes tanto por la app de Booking como por SMS al número que tienen para EMERGENCIAS.
En los servicios de Booking y en la hoja inventario de la habitación viene detallado que hay secador de pelo y no es así, al menos, en mi caso. Lo pedí por activa y por pasiva y nadie contestó. Lo peor es, qué hubiera pasado si realmente hubiese sido una emergencia? No lo recomendaría, hay muchos alojamientos en Cluj Napoca y para mi es muy importante la atención, que no existió.

Fajny klimatyczny Hotel , zaledwie 10-15 min spacerkiem od centrum.
Pros:

Bardzo fajny klimat hotelu. Na pewno w wiosenne lub letnie dni widok 2 razy ładniejszy.
Śniadanko skromne , ale świeże i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Ubicación y desayuno decente. Nada más.
Pros:

La ubicación no está mal. A 15 min andando del centro. El patio interior es agradable. No hay ruidos excesivos que molesten.

Cons:

Las cortinas parece que les falte tela, imposible taparse para que no te vean desde fuera. Almohadas incomodas. Algunos interruptores no iban y había poca luz. Además no limpiaron la habitación durante nuestra estancia a pesar de haber dejado puesto el cartel de SI limpiar. No tuvimos toallas limpias. En recepción casi nunca hay nadie.

The room was large and a liked the split level, perfect for our family. The bed was big too which was a treat. Breakfast was good too and the staff were helpful.

If the hotel had a bar open in the evening our stay would have been even more perfect!

La comunicazione con lo staff in quanto non rispondono alle domande inerenti la prenotazione del parcheggio per le moto....abbiamo rischiato di dover parchegggiare in strada
