Cons:

Having to use the room key for the elevator. With bags, purse and two dogs (scared of the elevator) it wasn’t ideal.

Good for a one night stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really good hot and fresh. All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly. The valet was exceptionally nice. I love the smell of the hotel.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not up to my standard, but being that I was only there for one night I didn’t complain. There was a lot of hair and dust in the bathroom. There was also a lot of patchwork on the walls where they need to be repainted. I thought that was odd. The remote was also really dirty.

Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Very conveniently located! Could walk to most everything we came to Cleveland to see and experience!

Shout out to the Valet team!
Pros:

The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, but the valet team was exceptional. Gino, Nate and the entire valet team spotted a metal piece in our tire and then filled it with air a few times and assisted my husband in putting on the spare. Such great customer service, thank you again!

Best Hotel
Pros:

Everything. Super clean. Super friendly staff, from the valet guys, to the front counter staff, the staff at the breakfast/dinner bar, the people working in the Teacher's Lounge ..

Cons:

Maybe consider putting cameras in the pool area. It is pretty secluded and if something were to happen nobody would see or hear anything.
