Great
Pros:

Great stay for concert at Browns Stadium. Free food included was nice. Didn't have time for drinks and a long line.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut. Wc und Bett waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Teppiche sind so alt und man sieht dass geputzt wird aber eine Teppich Reinigung wäre wirklich nötig. Die Fenster waren so dreckig als wären sie das letzte Mal vor 3 Jahren geputzt worden. Als ich in den Sessel gesessen bin ist so viel Staub aufgewirbelt worden, dass wir 10min am husten waren. Fenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen.

HISTORICAL BUT AMAZING
Pros:

Love the valet parking also the old historic building. Just get the King Suite. Love it. Comfy beds and awesome bathroom. We had room 607..Corner room facing the Browns Stadium.

Despite imperfect room and pool, the friendly staff and generous food drinks stood out.

Beautiful building, and exceptional and friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, and there was some trash under a coffee table and food spilled on ottoman. Not terrible but notable. Pool needs to be maintained, and resurfaced.

Cons:

My experience started off poorly due to the attitude of one of the front desk employees. The security measures at the hotel are excellent (10/10), but they created a problem upon arrival. I was traveling from Texas and had never been to Cleveland before. To enter the hotel from the main entrance, guests must use a key card, but since I had not yet checked in, I did not have one. I pressed the call button at the entrance and received no response for about five minutes. I then called the hotel's phone number from my cell phone. When the front desk employee finally answered the call box, he hung up as soon as I said hello. This happened several times before he eventually yelled, "Open the right door." By the time I got inside, it was around 11:30 p.m. My reserved king room was not ready, and I stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes while the employee searched for a clean room. He called the manager for assistance, but she was unhelpful, simply handing him her keys and walking away as if nothing was wrong. When I finally received my room keys, I was told that the only clean room available had two queen beds, even though I had paid for a king room. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to accept it. The hotel only offers valet parking, and we waited approximately 20 minutes for someone to take our vehicle. After getting to my supposedly clean room, I found hair in the sheets on one of the beds and noticed mold in the shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The front desk employee working that night needs a serious attitude adjustment and should treat guests with more professionalism and respect.

Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Room much larger than usual, all amenities very good, good breakfasts included in price, the hotel even offered free dinner with a card for 3 free alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, spirits, ...) per person.
The tv included all significant programming (without signing in), very useful during 2026 FIFA

Cons:

The internet was slow and had very long latency (2 seconds!!! loaded). No fan in the bathroom.
On a colder afternoon with few people in the central park, those people were mostly beggars, one woman was shouting because I didn't give her money.
