The cleanliness of the hotel outside, inside and the room. The breakfast was the best I had in over 20 years at a hotel. The teachers lounge good was super great and we are chefs and foodies !!!
Nothing... But I hope we get our swim trunks and swimsuit female that was quite costly. We only brought them for this trip to go to doctors appointments we had. Also the tv channel was low and it'd be nice to be able to connect it Netflix/Disney 🙂
Great location on the plaza. What a wonderful historic renovation. All the modern conveniences combined with old-world elegance at an affordable price! Free dinner was excellent along with free drinks as well as breakfast.

Wonderful breakfast and engaging staff
Great location in downtown Cleveland, the room is huge with a separate sitting area. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Monique, the night manager, is lovely and has a great personality. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch.

Personnel were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Loved having a restaurant/bar for late night--post game--meal. It's a stunning, beautiful building.
Out of the control of the hotel but we should have been warned--the Cleveland Marathon started up at 6AM on Saturday morning with loud speakers and music blaring. No way you could sleep thru all that noise. Very disappointed 😞
