Really nice old fashioned hotel with outstanding staff.
Pros:

I would come back to Cleveland just to stay at this hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast exceeded my expectations! They even had a fountain soda machine. The Breakfast buffet was served in a huge restaurant located on the first floor.
For over a decade I gave hospitality awards to Restaurants and Hotels. I have seen quite a few.
I would rate this hotel and it's staff among the top ten I have stayed in worldwide. A hotelier can spend a fortune on a property and not hire and train a great staff. Not so with this hotel. The best way I can describe my experience is that I felt pampered from the time of my arrival to my departure. Even the parking valet were a cut above.

Don’t get a room on the 2nd floor. Be prepared for parking garage gouging.
Pros:

Very nice building and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. For what it was, it was done very nicely.

Cons:

We were placed on the 2nd floor near the mezzanine opening to the lobby. Any sound in the lobby was amplified to our hall and more importantly our room. Finally sorta quieted down around midnight.

По заселению предложили бесплатные напитки на выбор, которые пить было невозможно, пиво отвратительное, коктейли тоже, но в принципе от бесплатных чего еще ожидать

Cons:

les animaux dans l'hotel. Un chien à côté de notre chambre à jappé pendant la nuit. Je ne savais p que les animaux étaient acceptés dans cet hotel. Le stationnement non compris. Déception.
