Enjoyed our visit very much! Great location for walking to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field.
Love the architecture of the historic building and the way they renovated it to hotel space. It was bustling with visitors- many with baseball jerseys indicating they were in-town for a game.
Breakfast and the evening social were lively! Those amenities provided built in gathering spaces.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Though we were there as a couple, we remarked that a family of four could have easily stayed in the space.
In terms of value, it was worth it to stay here (based on what we wanted to do during our stay). We did not use the valet parking but found a reasonably priced garage within easy walking distance.
Wonderful place to stay. Breakfast is amazing, so many options. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The staff here is absolutely wonderful! They are so nice and kind and willing to help with anything. So impressed with them!

My daughters and I shared a room with two queen beds for three nights in July. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the corner and it was a large room. Perfect for a family. The bathroom was very well laid out with lots of thoughtful storage including cubbies under the sink, a large vanity top with plenty of counter space, a hook for your towel near the shower, and a towel bar for the hand towel. The room had ample space for suitcases, and a large closet. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. The popcorn machine was a big hit for a snack. The complimentary breakfast was very nice as well as the complimentary dinner. Nice pool and whirlpool. Our room was quiet and the black out curtains did the trick. We slept until almost 8:30 am each morning. The hotel is kitty corner from the Cleveland Federal Reserve and an easy walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the USS Cod Submarine, the NASA Glenn Visitor Center, and the Women's Aviation & Space Museum. We had the valet park our car and never used it until it was time to head home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
This was not another hotel filled with strangers. It was a temporary home filled with family members that I never knew existed who cared for me and spoke to me as if I mattered to them.
Such a delight to go to the room and be able to talk to a housekeeper who shared her name and talk about how she enjoyed going to work and then returning to her family. And the front staff in ensuring that they did everything that they could to make the transition to the room as simple as possible. The kitchen staff were clean, friendly, and unlike normal family reunions, I didn't see the color of anyone's bloomers!
I enjoyed the beauty of the outside and the ambiance of the interior. I had to take pictures of the public telephone booths that are inside the hotel. It was a delight to have my mind reminded of yesteryear back when we had things of that sort.
I stopped by the lounge after a hard day of conference and civic duties. I asked the wait staff for a request. They provided their thoughts, and if I could just have them deliver one of those briskit pizzas, I'll be set.
Usually I just like to be left alone at hotels. Just go to my room and do my own thing. I did not want to do that here. I did not feel like I was a stranger, nor were they. They were family. I have never been to a hotel where I wanted to go up and start randomly hugging folks and telling them goodbye, (quite the contrary, I don't really like hugging anyone, let alone folks I have recently met), but these folks are different. It was like leaving family and hoping to see them again soon.
If you want a place where you can relax, enjoy the atmosphere, feel like family, and be encouraged and informed on what sites are within walking distance while eating great food and meeting wonderful people-come here. You will NOT be disappointed. The disappointment comes when you leave.
The staff is so friendly and helpful! I love the dinner!
The hotel is in a location that is convenient to a number of downtown attractions. Since it’s an historic government building, it’s also a very unique and really cool property. The breakfast was really good as well as being varied in its options. A lot of times when hotels provide breakfast it ends up being microwaved options that are limited in scope. That’s not the case at the Drury. The food was freshly made every morning. And I loved that hotel also provided an “evening bites” every night. A couple of nights during our stay this ended up being our dinner. (It also included 3 free drinks every night.) Our room was on the second floor and was clean, comfortable, included a refrigerator and had expansive high ceilings. The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly the Food Manager, Monique, who checked in with everyone in the dining room during breakfasts to make sure they had what they needed.
We were on the second floor which had marble hallways. My spouse visited the upper floors while getting some steps in and said those hallways had dated and stained carpeting in them. But, the second floor was immaculate.
The staff was friendly. Loved how tall the ceilings were. Loved there was is the Lincoln Memorial right outside.
I did not sleep well. Too much late night traffic and loud music.
Better places to be found!
Like The Westin!
Carpet in our room was filthy.
Super small TV
Valet parking is way overpriced; they charge $40 but they park your car in a $25 lot! Witnessed this first hand!
