New Airport Hotel

Very accommodating, and good breakfast. They also allowed us to keep our luggage at front desk after checkout for few hours.

I would rate the hotel condition as average but the service as excellent because the manager was very kind and considerate. This is a really generous review given the state of the room. I would only recommend staying here if you have a very, very, very low budget and absolutely need to stay near the airport. I could not order dinner on Grab when I arrived around 9:30 PM, as everything was closed early because of Lunar New Year. The manager kindly provided me some fruit. However, the room left much to be desired. The plug by the mirror in the bathroom did not work at all, so I had to dry my hair with a plug by the bed. This isn’t a huge problem, but I would have assumed that the closest plug to where the hairdryer was placed would work. The shower is completely open in the bathroom meaning water gets absolutely everywhere. This was fine for me since I was travelling alone, but I can’t imagine it’s very comfortable if you have two people that need the bathroom. Also, the shower faucet goes limp and shuts off the water so you have to hold it up to keep the water on. I had to boil some water with the kettle provided, but the desk in my room was blocking the plug so I had to drag it over. Then the lid on the kettle came off entirely. End of the day the hotel will get the job done if you need to stay by the airport for an early morning flight. Keep in mind they serve breakfast at 7 AM, so if you need food earlier than that, maybe don’t stay here.

Very convenient to the airport. For a minimal cost it wasnt difficult to take local busses into the old city.

Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! There is not much at the walking distance around the hotel but grab taxis are easily available to go anywhere you need. In short, if you need a comfortable and clean place to sleep/transit near the airport, you can rely on this hotel.

Price and quality balance was good. Easy to access between airport. Staff are very friendly. You can find out some very local attractive eating place around as well.

this picture is not the place, they are very sneaky. I booked two king beds for one night. We were put in a room with 3 single very small beds. no windows! scary, smelly.. not good at all

Our stay at the new airport hotel was exactly what we needed after arriving in Hanoi close to midnight! Very close proximity to the airport, TOMMY IS AMAZING, even picked us up from the airport himself. Made us feel very welcome and taken care of, he had good communication with WhatsApp. Rooms were clean and loved that there was breakfast for us!

Only disappointing part was the Catba island tour which we booked through the hotel, was not exactly as planned/promised from what we were expecting from the exact itinerary on the website. Confusion with language barrier and transportation to and from Catba was a little hectic (we were dropped off on the side of the road in the middle of old town Hanoi all alone, and picked up by another random bus) and the days were reversed from the itinerary. Aside from that we did manage to make it there and back to the new airport hotel (again thanks to Tommy) after lots of trust and blind faith in the drivers.

Tommy was a super, super host. His property is extremely clean and Tommy is also very friendly. Would come here again!

Perfect hotel near airport when coming into or heading out of Hanoi

Great convenient location to the airport. Service was hospitable and we really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

The owner, Tommy, is amazing. He’s extremely helpful, very kind, very gracious. He serves breakfast in the morning and coffee. The hotel is an amazing price for great service and value. Really appreciated everything Tommy helped me with to make my first night easy as I was a bit nervous as a 1st time solo traveler. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable, he helped me download WhatsApp and Grab and he helped me exchange money and explained to barter with people and he set up a ride for my next destination.

Staff are super friendly, try hard to ensure a good stay. From pick up at airport to the return, a very pleasant experience. When I needed an electric plug adaptor that they didnt have, staff went to a shop and purchased one. The room was large, clean, newly renovated. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great little boutique airport hotel.

About 5 to 10 minutes from airport; they have round trip convenient transportation for a reasonable price. Great stay for connecting flight or early morning flight at Hanoi airport. Good value!

Close to hotel and neighborhood can seem shaky at first, but friendliness of staff, price, and cleanliness and comfort of rooms more than made up for that. Bfast was plain but awesome (and included in price). All in all a very nice and affordable hotel.

チェックインは、4部屋予約してましたが、３部屋しか予約がないと言われおかしいのでちゃんと調べるように言ったら、携帯を見直して予約が入っていることを確認してました。30分かかりました。部屋は新しく清潔でした。風呂場に換気扇がありませんでした。
