That was comfortable, front door and concierge were excellent. Property management was subpar.

The Concierge and door men were extremely friendly, polite and gave great customer service. We really appreciated their service.

Cons:

As busy tourist we were out all day and when we came back home to freshen up, there was no water and we never got any notification. We had dinner reservations and we did not feel adequately refreshed. I did not expect this from a four star hotel Very disappointed in how they handled this.

Plus de 5 séjours dans cet hôtel et nous avons chaque fois le même plaisir à y retourner. Tout est parfait de la nourriture à la décoration. Le personnel est efficace et très aimable. La propreté irréprochable et la situation géographique excellente.

Pros:

The welcoming staff and our Junior Suite was spacious with a great bathroom. The bath and shower was excellent. Drinks on the roof top were nice.

Cons:

The room was a little dark. I need a freestanding ironing board. Doors to rooms were not sound proof from hallways.

Exceptional hotel, but potentially noisy rooms
Pros:

We had a lovely 5-night stay at this 5-star hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were unique in design and very comfortable. The great location is also a particular benefit, and I don’t think you could do any better in the city. A couple of observations to be aware of: the suite (first floor) was very noisy from, I assume, passing underground metro trains. Obviously, the hotel can’t do anything about this, but I do think it should have been pointed out, as the passing trains literally make the room vibrate. Also, it wasn’t really clear to us if there were any common areas we could just sit and get a drink. There is a rooftop terrace, but it wasn’t clear to us if this was exclusively for the restaurant. It would have been nice to have a space like this available to relax as a group. In summary, this is an exceptional hotel, just be aware that the stay may be a bit noisy depending on your room location.

Perfektes Stadthotel in bester Lage mit wunderbarem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Monument Hotel liegt im Zentrum, sodass die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Unser Zimmer war modern und sauber mit einem großzügigen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück genießt man auf der Dachterrasse und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam - der Concierge konnte uns gute Tipps geben und war bei der Buchung von Eintrittskarten behilflich - jederzeit gern wieder !!!
