Cons:

No reply to my request for a restaurant before the booking, tiny gym without treadmill, roof terrace and pool was closed for construction and no one told me, elevator noise in the room even though far away from elevator

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with a perfect location in Barcelona.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked how easy it was to explore Barcelona from here.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was very good and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Fantastic hotel in a great location
Pros:

A fantastic hotel in a great location with 1st class service. Great food, great atmosphere and a great room in a beautiful and stylish building. A special mention to Xavi from concierge for his knowledge and friendliness throughout our stay. Also thanks to Estevao for his hospitality each day. We would thoroughly recommend to others and will definitely visit again.

Gorgeous stay in an amazing hotel!
Pros:

First and foremost, every staff member we encountered was exceedingly gracious, professional, and helpful. Thank you very much for making our stay a memorable one.
We travel extensively, so when I say the breakfast buffet was fabulous...whew!! Everything was an absolute treat for the eye AND palate.

Cons:

Though just about everything was great, as we were in a first floor suite the rumble from the metro beneath us caught us off-guard and was a bit unnerving. For full transparency please consider mentioning this to guests during check-in so they can decide whether or not the noise will pose an issue.
