Pros:

Location is great. Hotel is new and walking or tram distance to all tourist attractions.

Cons:

asked several times to provide clean cups and mugs during our stay and never got them.
The last night I waited at the reception for more than 20 minutes to get clean mugs/cups/glasses and they could only provide some used (and not cleaned) ones. After i made them notice that these mugs were dirty, the answer has been that they didn't have any more mugs/glasses/cups in the whole hotel.
Definitely something to improve.

It was a wonderful time in Budapest.
Pros:

Hotel RUM is a very good and cozy hotel in Budapest, with an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast restaurant. The small room is excellent for a short stay or when carrying small luggage.

Cons:

Breakfast is great, but we were told we could only eat breakfast at 7 am or 8 am, because other guests had already reserved their table. The option to place a reservation was not communicated in advance of our stay. Also, the breakfast portions were smaller than when we visited two years ago.

Comfy bed and good location
Pros:

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were really lovely and helpful, quick to answer any questions we had. Location is really good, offering a chance to have a nice walk through the city to the center. I would definitely recommend Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner if you've got time and appetite.
Breakfast was good, you can choose from dishes off their breakfast menu. I do wish though they had more veggie options, however the staff were very accommodating as well. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Only thing is that the bathroom is not 100% separated from the room, so if you’re not a couple, it might be awkward.

Cons:

Bathroom was not a fully separate room, rather just divided by glass panels and big glass sliding door which had gaps you could see through.

Pros:

Ideal gelegenes Hotel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leicht muffiger Geruch in der Dusche. Stufe zwischen Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer und nochmal kleine Stufe zur Dusche.
