Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville et à deux pas du métro.
Personnel à l’écoute et serviable.
Nous avons adoré le restaurant roof top au 7 étage pour le le petit déjeuner.
Pas de buffet traditionnel mais un plat à la carte original et délicieux.
N’hésitez pas à demander autre chose. Il est possible d’avoir un petit déjeuner traditionnel (pain beurre confiture).

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet. Kort vei til alt. Stille gate. Både flybuss og vanlig buss rett i nærheten. Gode senger. Flott frokostrom i toppetasjen med fin utsikt.

Cons:

Meny med ferdige retter til frokost er ikke det man ønsker. Lekre retter, men skulle heller hatt buffet.

Pros:

Location is great. Hotel is new and walking or tram distance to all tourist attractions.

Cons:

asked several times to provide clean cups and mugs during our stay and never got them.
The last night I waited at the reception for more than 20 minutes to get clean mugs/cups/glasses and they could only provide some used (and not cleaned) ones. After i made them notice that these mugs were dirty, the answer has been that they didn't have any more mugs/glasses/cups in the whole hotel.
Definitely something to improve.

Hotel RUM is a very good and cozy hotel in Budapest, with an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast restaurant. The small room is excellent for a short stay or when carrying small luggage.

Cons:

Breakfast is great, but we were told we could only eat breakfast at 7 am or 8 am, because other guests had already reserved their table. The option to place a reservation was not communicated in advance of our stay. Also, the breakfast portions were smaller than when we visited two years ago.
