Pros:

The location of of this hotel was excellent. The housekeeping was fab, never short of tea, coffee, milk clean towels. The shower is brilliant. Would recommend.

Cons:

The only dislike we had was the pillows, they could really do with an update as they are really flat. When asked for extra we were informed that there were no extra pillows...you do get what you pay for! But better pillows would make a huge difference for people who don't to lay flat..

Pros:

The room is decorated nicley and bed comfortable

Cons:

The room was small, had lots of dust everywhere and there is a loud generator that goes off in the middle of the night waking you up. There was no iron or ironing board aswell so had to go out with creased clothes every day. Also had only one pillow per person with no extras in room. The stairwell was very thin and no lift so wouldnt recommend if you have large suitcases

Great value for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace. Super close to Victoria Station. We walked to St Pauls Cathedral (which was a bit of a longer walk) but walked past some beautiful places, definitely recommend. Lovely, pretty streets nearby with some bakeries only a few hundred metres away.

Cons:

Super noisy. Could hear the people next door. Especially when they were in the bathroom, we could hear every conversation word for word (our bathrooms backed onto each other). We were so tired and jet lagged that we managed to sleep through it anyway though hahah. Room was quite small, not really any floor space around the bed. But we were content because of the location and only really were in the room to shower and sleep.

Good stay, close to Victoria, nice neighborhood
Pros:

Very good location, nice neighborhood.
I was a bit concerned about the hotel after reading the reviews, but in the end it wasn’t that bad.
Yes, it could use some more cleaning and the walls are so thin that you could hear the neighbors speaking, but, for a couple of nights it was OK. The bed was comfortable to us and the earplugs helped 😄
I really like the area and the fact we were minutes away from Victoria station.
