Pros:

We stayed for 1 night and then a further 2. Both beds and rooms good. The 3rd floor room was preferred to the basement room. The location is great. Good service from a friendly Mr Patel - the Chenai cricket supporter one.

Cons:

Pillows have been washed beyond useable & only 1 given, so uncomfortable. Mattress very hard. Toilet seat extremely stained from use. Nowhere to put your bathroom items. Only 1 towel each, no spares. No hand towel. No saucers to place hot cup on. 2 out of 5 plug sockets not working.
Could hear the Underground trains every few minutes, this should have been put in the hotel description. The walls were very thin & other hotel guests noisy.

Ideal location for what we needed.
Pros:

Location was good, cleanliness was ok, cheap for the area.

Cons:

Top floor room 3 flights of stairs, bathroom was near impossible to move in, the toilet seat was stained yellow, the sink was too large for the bathroom which made accessing the toilet very difficult, carpet was as worn in places.

Pros:

Really good value accommodation close to Victoria station. My room was very clean. Check in was super easy. I spoke to a receptionist and cleaner while I was there who were both really welcoming and approachable.

Cons:

Struttura sporca, igiene pari a 0 ! Gli asciugamani del cambio giorno venivano lasciati per terra fuori dalla porta d’ingresso, su moquette che non veniva passata da chissà quanto tempo ! Per non parlare del bagno! Pulizia inesistente ! Per fortuna avevo portato via delle salviette igienizzanti superfici!
