Pros:

Je n'ai rien aimé de cette chambre

Cons:

La chambre au troisième étage sans ascenseur quand on va aux toilettes on peut se laver les dents en même temps impossible d'aller aux toilettes trop petit et la chambre était sale je recommande pas du tout l'établissement

Comfortable for a short weekend city break
Pros:

Excellent location - within walking distance of most key landmarks

Great shower

Cons:

Room was very compact, not ideal for a stay of more than one or two nights

The bed was not very comfortable, again would do a one or two night stay, but not longer than this

Terrible will never recommend or stay agin , the staff was super unfriendly and unhelpful
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't included , location was OK.
The room was filthy with dust and dirt . There was a noise of washing machine cycle and toward the end of the cycle the room was shaking which kept waking me up.
This was the most filthy hotel I've ever stayed!

Habitación pequeña pero bien, y la situación buena

Cons:

El peor servicio de atención al cliente que he conocido nunca. No les preocupa lo más mínimo resolver problemas a sus clientes, ni ofrecer soluciones, únicamente facturar cuanto más sea posible. Nada mas llegar preguntamos si hablan español, respuesta: Only enghish. En serio ¿un recepcionista de hotel no conoce otros idiomas? Versatilidad cero. Por si esto no fuera poco, nos engañó. Primero nos exige entregar una tarjeta de crédito física, “por seguridad”. Después de encontrarnos completamente apurados, temiendo perder nuestra reserva y vernos sin alojamiento en un país extranjero; accede a cobrarnos a través de “contactless”. Si existía la opción, ¿por qué nos puso contra las cuerdas y arruinó la ilusión con la que empezamos nuestro viaje? Por cierto: la señora de la limpieza, una mujer portuguesa resultó ser más empática y habló con nosotros en perfecto castellano. ¿Tenía la limpiadora más formación que el recepcionista? Obviamente no, simplemente el recepcionista no nos quiso ayudar.

Stay if you must, otherwise don't stay.
Pros:

The location was great, it sits a 10 minute walk from Victoria station so it is in a prime location. The bed was not uncomfortable and the building that reception sits in, is lovely and newly refurbished. The price was good so i can't whinge that much but I should have paid the extra £30 or so for somewhere guaranteed.

Cons:

In opposition, the other building felt discarded and "unloved" and had clearly not been decorated or looked after in some time. The toilet flushed and then spent 4 hours refilling the water which was noisy and frustrating. The room itself was not particularly clean and I was bitten a lot in the bed. The staff were either pleasant or rude, and there was no inbetween.

Peccato per le tante pecche perché la posizione è ottima. Comunque signora delle pulizie molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Abbiamo pagato per il check in anticipato, il bagno era sporco e il runner del letto macchiato. Il bollitore dell’acqua incrostato di calcare e sporco.
Bagno minuscolo,scomodo.
Per tenere le valige dopo il check out vogliono solo contati e vanno bene anche gli euro addirittura.

Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money room 110 is a box
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the tiny cramped space with a dirty towel to use.
Electric socket that was loose and not working properly or the curtains that was still letting In light .
Disgusted that I stayed in a tiny ass single bed for my money.
Then front desk says you should have come down to front desk.
How about you do your jobs and ensure clean towels are there .
I checked in after 11pm so what's the excuse?

Wystrój bardzo ładny. Lokalizacja świetna. Czysto, schludnie. Będę wracać

Cons:

Mały pokój, bardzo wąsko, toaleta zaraz przy łóżku to duży minus. Ledwo można było się ruszyć w tym pokoju. Dwie osoby upchane.
