Location and facilities. Especially the breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were rude. We have service dogs and they were just rude!! Harassed at least 3 times by 2 different employees.

Staff was ok main thing I didnt like was checking is a t 4 and it was 5 before room was ready and I had to keep asking. Also it only showed balconies on the beach so when I booked a balcony I expected beach view not highway view

Our stay was awesome. We will come again.
Pros:

It was very beautiful and it was right on the beach. We just wish we had rented a beachfront instead of just half the beach, but it was awesome.

Cons:

There was not anything we didn’t like we love the pool. We loved the walk to the beach. It was awesome.

Wonderful views, great price
Pros:

The LOCATION, WONDERFUL! THE VIEWS SPECTACULAR!
The rooms where spacious, and clean.
The ROOM WITH BALCONY WAS THE BEST DECISION! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Cons:

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the price and that there was a daily parking fee, I think it should be considered maybe a flat parking fee, I appreciate the safe parking area!

Short Getaway
Pros:

We love this hotel. It's extremely clean and it's located right on the beach. The staff is always friendly and courteous (front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping). They have a great selection of breakfast items.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed that we have to pay for breakfast now, and the matress was a little too firm for me.

Rooms are great clean and comfortable. Facility is right on the beach so it super easy to access.

Cons:

I booked a room with an ocean view and I got a balcony that overlooked a construction sites and the highway.

Getting with hit with surprise parking fees is not a good practice. One would think the ability to park your car would be part of renting a room. Does Best Western offer Teleporting service?

No smoking on balconies seems ridiculous but you can hangout in the parking garage and smoke all day. You're at the beach and the wind is constantly blowing. The smokes not going to bother anyone.
