If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Card payments:
Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card.
All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100

- Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400
- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Comfortable spacious rooms with excellent staff and good facilites.
Pros:

Excellent reception staff. Nice coffee machine at reception. Clean and spacious room.

Cons:

Check in earlier if possible. Soap, shampoo in big packs/bottles. Current ones not ecofriendly. Gym could be expanded.

Pros:

This is my 4th stay at meriton chatswood. That should be telling. The front desk people are very attentive, especially Angelina. They are very prompt with guest requests.

Cons:

The only issue ( very minor) that I have is the current cleaning staff are not as good as in my earlier stays.I have seen my kitchen and bathroom sink not well cleaned after either express or full cleaning.
