If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.
Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.
A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

With 4 nights and 5 days stay, no room cleaning was done. Bathroom smell bad and dirty at end of stay

Disturbed by your alarm 3 nights in a row out of four nights at 3:17am. Your alarm clock was set. Even when the plug was pulled it continued to alarm at the same time in the middle of every night, very annoying. Told the front desk on second day, thought it was ok but the third night still woke us up. The fourth night we put the clock out in the balcony.

Enclosed balcony (prefer open - we specified a balcony but didn't realise some were enclosed) No instructions for the coffee maker (pods). The bathroom was equipped for disabled or elderly we didn't request. Which would have been good if we were disabled or elderly. Would have preferred a normal bathroom. (specifically, that we took a room that someone else may have needed for specific needs that made this room unavailable to them)
