If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

Clean comfortable unit very close to Chatswood Station.
Good to have a large suite, very comfortable and so close the railway station ... just catch the train from the airport instead of worrying about taxi or uber.
The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only real complaint is the absence of a face washer in the bathroom.
