Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht auf dem Niveau eines Hotels, das 80 US Dollar pro Nacht kostet. Wenn man das vierte Bild ganz groß zoomt, sieht man, dass in dem alten Kühlschrank im Frühstücksraum ein Rasierer liegt!!

Cons:

The room had 2 windows which opened only to the air conditioning system. Better to pay the extra $10 to get a room with window facing south (north faces a busy street)

Disappointing

Location was what we needed for pick up for a trip the following day

Cons:

We arranged,a month prior to our stay, to leave our cases to go on a 2 day trip. This was confirmed by the hotel twice, by email prior to our stay. Upon arrival we checked again and were told this would be fine. At 6am we went to reception to leave our cases and were categorically told that this was not possible. This spoiled our onward plans.

No informan al huésped de los eventos antes de reservar. Yo reserve ahí para ir a un evento en la disco mood a dos cuadras. Y llegue con tiempo, me cobraron la estadía y no me informaron en el momento que por motivo de la maratón san José 2025 iban a cerrar las calles de las 10pm hasta el siguiente día a las 11.30am y yo necesitaba viajar de regreso tipo 5 am y no iba poder salir esa hora por los cierres.
Y entonces NO me hospede y perdi el dinero de la estadía y las entradas del evento. Porque no fui.
