Naprosto skvělý personál, pomůže zajistit půjčení skútru, taxi atd, protože v této lokalitě nic takového k dispozici není. Čistota a krásný areál. Velké snídaně, poloha přímo u pláže. Naprostá pecka, ale ten kdo hledá noční život v barech, tak v Chao Samranu nepochodí.

Manager Ann is heel behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels (en een beetje Nederlands)
Het is heel rustig in het resort omdat booking.com geen beschikbaarheid geeft...., wij hadden zgn. de laatste bungalow maar bij aankomst stonden er nog 20 leeg, prima hoor !

De locatie is fantastisch! Wat een mooie plek direct aan het strand. We hadden een mooie villa met uitzicht op zee. Het personeel was geen moeite te veel.

Heel relaxed. Massage 2 uur. Goed en goedkoop. Met het geluid van de golven op de achtergrond.

L'environnement de l'hotel est tres calme et la plage tres agréable et sans risque si vous avez des enfants.

J.ai particulièrement appréciée l'espace de verdure et la terrasse de la chambre. Idéal pour contempler le décor.


Personnel tres attentionné

Petit bemol mais classique sans beaucoup d'hôtel : pas de papier toilette dans la cuvette.....

The staff went above and beyond for great service.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Strandlage. Dieses Hotel ist dem Sailom in Hua Hin ziemlich ähnlich, hat aber modernere Zimmer (Bungalows), einen hübscheren Garten. Dafür ist das Frühstück nicht ganz so toll wie im Sailom. Der Pool ist ganz hübsch und zum Abkühlen ausreichend. Das Personal ist einfach nur umwerfend. Netter und hilfsbereiter geht nicht. Eine Wäscherei (24h) mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ist in neun Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Manko sind die vielen Moskitos. Wir kommen aber trotzdem gerne wieder.

In terms of value, it doesn't really get better than that. Easily walkable to private beach area with lots of amenities and includes breakfast. Staff was attentive and customer service was impeccable.

Very quiet stay. Felt isolated after 6 PM. No staff available after that and no way to contact anyone either. No telephone in room as advertised. Could not use Wi-Fi, as password never provided, although coverage throughout resort was very good with strong, 5 bar, signals. No restaurant on site. Breakfast had to be ordered after staff arrived at 7 AM, and must be eaten in room, or sitting at picnic table on lawn/"garden". Not convenient for handicapped or disabled persons.

The place is wonderful! Highly recommend. The individual bungalows are very comfortable, with good A/C, and Smart TV. Caters to mostly Thai tourists, so very little English spoken by staff, or the town; but we got by with sign language and online translation. Food is quite good, local fishermen also came to the beachfront selling their fresh catch. Blue crab is the local delicacy, they are very delicious!
Note: unless you have your own transport, this town is not easy to get to, but totally worth the effort! From Bangkok, we took a GRAB taxi to the hotel (1,250Baht plus 50 te the expressway toll), on the return, the hotel charges 300Baht for a 30 minute ride to the nearest big town (Pechaburi) where we could catch a minivan (120Baht/person) to the Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai Centre).

Everyone was so nice and attentive to all of our requests! What a beautiful property with the friendliest people.Highly recommend

ที่พักสงบ พนักงานดูแลตั้งแต่วันที่ไปถึงจนวันกลับ ดูแลดีจนเราตกใจ วิ่งมารุมต้อนรับ วิ่งมาช่วยถือกระเป๋า ข้อดีมีสระว่ายน้ำติดหาดวิวสวยมาก
**สิ่งควรปรับปรุง ควรจัดZone สำหรับคนที่สูบบุหรี่ เพราะมายืนสูบที่ข้างสระน้ำซึ่งมีคนอื่นๆและเด็กอยู่ ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างมลพิษทางอากาศให้คนอื่นอย่างมาก
จึงควรมีที่สำหรับคนที่สูบให้ไปสูบในที่ๆเตรียมไว้จะดีมาก

Best service and friendliest I can recall in any of my travel experiences and that is saying something as I have travelled extensively in my 73 years
