What a nice hotel, beautiful view, comfortable room, delicious breakfast. I'm enjoy. Too bad it's rainy outside so i couldn't take good pictures of me.. haha

stay for a whole weekday in here for biztrip, clean hotel room, good ambience and various breakfast.

there’s few improvements that can be done, like faster wi-fi connection and faster check in process.

Very nice hotel, it was a nice experience, buffet was amazing and the room is veryy clean and nice room. breakfast is delicious maincourse and dessert menu, Im very happy and I will cameback with my family the rinra hotel makassar. good gotel five star

It was a great hotel to stay in, the services that was provide was top notch. The are really a lot of facility provided that you would not want to exit the hotel. The hotel location is near the shopping mall so what is needed is there. Would comeback again to stay here in the near future

The service and hospitality here is okay. People are friendly andd all around very helpful. Food is amazing(especially the desserts). But the room cleanliness could be improved significantly. The facilities are in good condition though some needs maintenance (i.e the air conditioner in the room).

Great rooms and facilities. Bathroom is very spacious. Amenities are unsurpassed. Courteous staff with good English. Right above a shopping mall. Things to be improved are breakfast buffet, the selections and service are good but some food is cold and dry. Also the parking check in/out gate is located on top of a slope, our car stalled several times after stopping there😅. Overall a very good hotel, I will definitely choose Rinra again on my next trip.

L albergo è bello moderno elegante. Il servizio internet pessimo. Lo staff alla reception è gentile ma parla molto male l inglese e qualunque colloquio è di fatto impossibile. Il room service prevede solo pagamento in CONTANTI!!!! Colazione self service buona e molto abbondante. Prezzo competitivo

Very nice hotel spoiled by noise. We were there four nights. The first night, there were sound checks for a music festival. At 10.30 pm, I asked them to stop and they did. They said the festival the next night would stop at 10.30pm but it went on until after 1 am. The third night, there was an event with live music outside the adjacent mall. The last night, there was an event at one of the three close by convention centres but not too bad. The windows of the room did very little to cut out the noise.

The room was excellent except that the bed was a bit hard and there was nowhere to hang wet bathers after using the magnificent infinity pool.

There were three service issues. We tried to give a stamped letter to reception to post but they wouldn't accept it. We bought a large (expensive) beer to divide between two glasses. The waiter poured it and left a small amount in the bottle on the counter. Another waiter then threw it away so we missed out. They then claimed the bottle had been empty. They need beach towels for guests to go to the excellent nearby islands.

Local transport is also an issue. There are no buses or mini buses. There's usually a taxi waiting near the hotel but not many in town to get back. Best to have the Grab app, although it didn't position the hotel well.

The included breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has a lot of potential but doesn't seem to have worked out how to best to deal with foreign tourists.

Check in was easy. The front office, security and bell boy are very kind and always helpful. The buffet breakfast has variety of choices and the attendants are cheerful and always readily available to assist the customers.

The front office, bell boysecurity personnel and housekeeping are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Except the waiters at the Buffert are indifferent and some of the food are cold. Everything else is praiseworthy.
