I booked a suite that included the lounge, the lounge didn’t open, I asked and they just said it is closed
Water pressure in shower was like a drip
Water was brown
Air conditioning very week
Room was old and tired
Elevator not working for two days
No coffee in the room, when I asked they said they had run out
