I had a wonderful stay with family and friends. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and approachable, especially the receptionist, who provided excellent assistance. All our questions were clearly answered, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I felt truly satisfied with the service and accommodations. The hospitality exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to others. It’s perfect for both relaxation and spending quality time with loved ones. I look forward to returning in the future. A genuinely pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Facility was very clean and guides and drivers were very good and professional. Food at the restaurant was good. And the scenery and pool were very enjoyable.

Do not book here. The rooms were filthy. Staff was the only redeeming factor. Won’t be back.

I like the staff very polite the facilities are good. Negative side is there is no shower soap and shampoo.

Lovely staff and a beautiful stay. As a teenage female backpacker me and my friend felt so safe and highly recommend to anyone!!

First of all when i booked this placed it says airport transfer included when we got in the airport to get pick up they said that there’s a certain time to do that service so me and family got a taxi to get drop off in the hotel and also when we need to drop off back the airport pretty much not a good service. for sure I’m not going to recommend this property to my family and friends. Second the restrooms is outdated. And on our 3rd day the water tank broke so we cannot shower. Then after they have a sign that they offer to do the laundry so I ask them what time can we drop off and how long to get it done the front desk she said only few hours i received a text that they cannot finish on time so we have wait till next day to finish so horrible only few clothes i have to wait 24hours to get it done.So bad experienced first and last to stay in this property

The receptionist was not knowledgeable! The room had a lot of bugs. The breakfast was terrible. We were given cold foods and had to ask to have them microwaved. Had to walk 15 minutes to a convenient store to get water and snack. The hotel couldn’t give us water when we got in at 9pm.

WiFi is not good,very slow internet connection.They charge 900 pesos for a single towel that was stained with soda. The towel only cost 200-300 pesos when you buy it in the store. They charged too much for that.

The worst i’ve ever been. We booked for three rooms,1 deluxe and 2 family room. The deluxe one was pretty and clean but in the bathroom there’s no curtain or shower box.
Mine was room no. 14. Bathroom was dirty and smelled so bad. The cabinet sink is broken and dirty so you dont have space for your personal items since the sink is small. There’s only 2 towel racks. And they dont provide a shower mat if you dont ask for it. Ac is old model and very noisy. The beds were full of ants. We asked to change room and we were accomodated in room no. 15. It was in a better conditions but the bathroom were still a problem. No cabinet sink in this one. The door doesnt close properly and there’s limescale and dirt everywhere. The towels in my sibilings room were stained.
The breakfast was ok but not abundant.
We enjoyed the swimming pool but needs renovations too… The pool ladder were broken… its a shame because the ambiance outside is pretty

Staff are very accommodating and they provide wonderful service. They have spacious rooms and good amenities. They also offer affordable package tours with very friendly tour guides. This place is highly recommended, indeed! Will be back here.
