Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Top Massage 👍
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, spontan Massagen gebucht, die wirklich richtig gut waren. Da wir vor der Frühstückszeit am Wochenende zum Bus mussten, wurde extra für uns schon alles 45 Minuten früher aufgebaut, so dass wir das gebuchte Frühstück mit nutzen konnten, das war wirklich sehr entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Das kleine Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktionstüchtig.

Personal Top,Chefin Flop

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt von Dinkelsbühl. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der alte Stil des Hauses und die Möbel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Hunde sind hier auch willkommen. Man kann auch schön draußen im Biergarten sitzen.

Cons:

Die Begegnung mit der Chefin hat mich sehr erschrocken. Ich fragte diese ob es möglich wäre das Licht im Nebenzimmer anzuschalten,damit wir frühstücken können. Als Antwort kam von ihr aus der Küche das die Rezeption um 8 Uhr öffnen würde. Mit dieser Aussage wurde ich stehen gelassen. Ich habe dann jemanden vom Reinigungspersonal angesprochen, die uns dann freundlicher Weise das Licht angeschaltet hat. Diese Reaktion war sehr enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.

Rooms ok, rest is run down, old and tasteless. Stay there if you really need to save 25 EUR/night.
Pros:

I liked the location... inside of the walled city. Room was better (perhaps renovated) compared to the rest of the hotel, which is very very outdated.

Cons:

A lot. Style and deco are just from last century... 1980s maybe I would have feel ok, but its 2026. Come on! Every area, the lobby, the corridors, the stairs (I did not find an elevator), the restaurant (where I had breakfast), the pool and sauna area, not one common area is updated and looks old and run down. A bit sad and depressing. The hotel is lacking, not a little, but a lot of love! I'm sure it's somehow justified by the more competitive price, but it is also not like half price of other nice hotels I saw online. Staff was friendly. Not more. And a few who did not speak too good German, by the way.

Pros:

A localização, bem no centro histórico foi o qe nos fez reservar. Tem um café da manhã ótima, quarto grande, bem típico da região a decoração e arquitetura. Acredito que esse seja um ótimo hotel para os dias frios, pois tem sauna, piscina coberta, o que nem conhecemos. Mas para dias de calor não indico.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado, nem um ventilador! Num calor de quase 40 graus, não consegui dormir a noite toda de tanto calor, a janela do quarto pequena , então se tinha algum ventinho na rua nem passava pro quarto. Pra mim e meu filho foi a pior noite. Ainda bem que foi só 1. Saímos pra outra cidade vizinha e pegamos hotel com ar condicionado. Alemanha é difícil achar ar condicionado nos locais, até restaurantes não têm. Fiquem atentos na hora de reservar.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt von Dinkelsbühl ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität und großer Vielfalt. Es gibt eine Fahrrad-Garage.

Cons:

Die Zimmermöblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Duschkopf hält nicht in seiner Position.

Für 1 Nacht ausreichend !! Für längeren Zeitraum nicht akzeptabel !
Pros:

Lage des Hotels : nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadtmitte entfernt, (sehr gut)
Zimmer : Doppelzimmer geräumig und ruhige Lage
Schwimmbad: gute Öffnungszeiten und ausreichend

Cons:

Badezimmer,- nicht ausreichend belüftet ,deshalb Fugen schimmelig und auch schmutzig !
Frühstücksbüffet nicht sehr ansprechend,- allgemein: Kantinencharakter !
