Pros:

Good size room. Bathroom sink was broken. Wardrobes did not have hangers. Property wasn’t kept clean after first day of arrival.
The whole apartment needs modernisation and fresh air as it had a stale smell. Could not sit in the lounge area because of the smell.
Otherwise all good.

Pros:

Even though we knew & booked it as an Apartment, we were not aware that we have to share the room with 2-3 other guests in a 3/4 BHK apartment. We thought it will be an Studio type private apartment unit.

But, the Dragonfly Apartment's Sales Director, Sahil Kaul, had been very cooperative and accommodating and realising our disliking of such arrangement, he helped us with booking another "proper type serviced apartment and refunded us the booking amount of 2nd day. (Thank you, once again Sahil for all your help).

Amazing staff and reasonably clean budget hotel
Pros:

We booked this hotel for one night. The service was excellent! We got picked up from the airport at 2am in the morning and our room was ready for us! It's a budget hotel, but one reasonable clean which is hard to get in Mumbai. The beds were comfortable and we were happy there was a seperare shower. The breakfast was ok and they made us a fresh omelet. I would recommended staying here when you're on a budget and still want a reasonable clean and ok hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. They even let us check out a bit later!
Location is fine... You can pretty much get anywhere with an uber or train, so it doesn't really matter where you stay.
