A disappointing stay
Pros:

Fairly easy access to the city and the harbour on foot. Free shuttle on call - fantastic.

Cons:

Our room was extremely noisy at night - out of 4 nights, we hardly slept 3 nights and despite complaints no one did anything. The room was large but the space was terribly designed so it didn't feel comfortable, functional, or welcoming. The overall property felt tired - 80s lux decor vibe.

It was far from train station. We were I'll during our stay and did not get to feel like it was a vacation. No eating, no touring.

Pros:

L accueil de tout le personnel, la vue magnifique du petit déjeuner, la propreté des chambres ainsi que la décoration !! La plus value est la sympathie des chauffeurs qui effectue la navette avec le centre de Lerici et Telloro.
Nous avons passez un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel !!

Il servizio navetta eccezionale per potere raggiungere il centro del paese e le spiagge . Camera molto pulita cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni , colazione fantastica ricchissima di dolce e salato da hotel 4 stelle . Parcheggio davanti all’ hotel super comodo.

Tres bel hotel,
Pros:

l'excellent petit déjeuner, et le .service parfait de navette avec les alentours sont certainement les deux points forts de l'hotel .je recommande fortement cet établissement

The location is great.
Very nice views.
The staff is very helpful.Tamara runs the breakfast area as it were her home, warm and inviting.
Big shout out to Damiano, he is fantastic.Very welcoming ,friendly , and gave us great local tips. Thank you Damiano.
