Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, hay lugares cerca para caminar , zona Providencia y shooping Costanera a una cuadras.. lo único reclamarle es que entra ruido de la avenida a la habitación, lo demás todo muy bien

Santiago é linda e pode ser vista do rooftop
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã. Para o meu objetivo, localização ótima: perto da Faculdade de Arquitetura.
Duas estações de Metrô próximas. Além de adega com ótimas vinhos, claro. E loja de peças com apiz lazuli em frente.

Cons:

Cheguei no início da noite e não havia nada para comer. Bar e restaurantes fechados. E nada no quarto. Nenhuma barra de cereais.

I enjoy too much although there are few missing points
Pros:

the location is best location in Santiago and good breakefast, clean and well designed room, staff are very helpful and nice roof pool. Wonderful venue

Cons:

Personel do not know English well. However with translation application this is ok. Overall Ladera is good hotel

Ideal para una escapada de relajo con tu pareja

La ubicación, la vista desde las habitaciones, la atención del personal.....el silencio. Ideal para descansar o para una escapada dentro de la ciudad

Cons:

Si bien el ambiente o ruido exterior no se siente, sí se sienten algunos ruidos de otros huéspedes. Sólo eso.
