Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Siempre falla algo....en invierno no había calefacción....este año en piscina pocas reposeras y toallas.
Great location and wonderful views from the rooftop with its nice plunge pool. Good room but bed was a bit hard for me.
Breakfast was good but I think needs to open before 7.30 - this is a bit too late for the trips we did. That said, a boxed breakfast was offered for early starts

Quiet neighborhood location, nice rooftop pool and patio, can open the room windows for fresh air, lovely inner courtyard where I had coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Room was spacious with plentiful outlets and convenient accent lighting.
It was advertised that we could borrow bicycles from the hotel, there were just 2 and not in the best shape (brakes seemed worn out on both) so we passed. Not a dealbreaker at all.
