Excelente ubicacion, cama comoda, buen desayuno, personal muy amable
A la pileta en el sexto piso le faltaba limpieza
Perfecta ubicación si quieres poder ir caminando al cerro San Cristóbal, teleféricos, zoológico, Virgen, jardín Japonés, etc. Pocos pubs y restoranes cerca pero puedes cruzar el río caminando y llegas al corazón de Providencia. También hay bicicletas Uber a 2 cuadras para moverse fácil.
El Spa muy rico, sobretodo la ducha horizontal. La vista desde la piscina. Buena atención del personal.
La cama que decía extragrande, eran dos colchones juntos y muy blandos. Se hacia un cráter al medio. En geberal todo muy limpio, pero tanto la ducha del baño, como el spa, necesiitan mantención en las griferías y siliconas que se cen con sarro, óxido y hongos. La piscina de la terraza estaba muy sucia. Faltaba ambiente en la terraza, alguna música, y la opción de pedir algo oara tomar. Las reposeras duras sin colchoneta.

La terraza del hotel es linda, tiene buena vista a la ciudad, Sin embargo, no hay personal que atienda, lo que la hacía ver descuidada y abandonada. Además, la piscina estaba sucia con tierra en el fondo.
Contraté 2 masajes de media hora cada uno en el spa pero finalmente me atendieron en la habitación y nunca me avisaron. de ese cambio.

The spa wasnt very clean. The hot tub wasnt hot. Overall the spa centre was mediocre at best.
La habitación era muy confortable y muy bien decorada. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. Muy buena ubicación y el personal muy amable. El desayuno increíble.
Al menos para ser verano la piscina debería tener más reposeras para poder tomar el sol.
