Excellent hotel choice in Porto which is a wonderful city.
Pros:

We returned to this hotel because we appreciate the location and high standard of cleanliness, helpfulness, comfort. Breakfast quality and service last year excellent. Did not use this year.

Different hotel from the one I booked
Pros:

The hotel has a water problem so I was transferred to another hotel which was a disappointment as I wanted that particular location. The new Editory Art hotel was a nice hotel, and staff went out of their way to help me as I am disabled. They were so kind and considerate. Breakfast was excellent but I would have preferred a buffet rather than being waited on . Bed was very comfortable. We

Cons:

There was nothing in the neighborhood in way of restaurants, shops, etc. The handicap shower has no curtain or partition to prevent the entire bathroom from flooding when I showered. There was no pmspace on bathroom sink to put my cosmetic bag. The space between bed and wall was too narrow for my wheelchair so I couldn't access the closet to hang my clothes. So usable space was very small. Electric outlets were too low on the floor for a handicap person to access, had to keep cellphone charger in the bathroom close to water from sink.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del Río, al lado del Palacio de la Bolsa y si te gusta caminar, puedes llegar a todas partes porque es punto intermedio. El hotel está muy limpio y dejaban botella de agua de cortesía todos los días

Cons:

El desayuno era muy limitado. De fruta fresca solo había manzana o pera. Otro día solo manzana. El fin de semana no había buffet y todo había que pedirlo a la carta, lo que ralentizaba el desayuno y no esperábamos eso de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
