Very lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very lovely with friendly staff helping us. They helped me organise some flowers, champagne and chocolates before hand with discretion. The location is very ideal with access to everywhere you need to go close by. The room was trendy, shower was great, and very clean.

Cons:

While the location is great for access, traffic noise outside is quiet loud which was a little disruptive. The beds were quite hard.

A little dissapointing
Pros:

The location was very good, very central. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We requested a room at the back of the hotel as we understood it would be quieter. The room was dark with a slight smell. It was very basic and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Huge double quilts on single beds. Quite uneccessary. The view was a construction site which was very noisy from early morning. There was coffee making facilites but only one sachet of coffee each and one tiny evaporated milk each. The room wasn't cheap by any means and it's the small things that matter to guests. Not being made to wait until exactly 3pm to check in was a little extreme. Overall a good experience but for the price I expected a little better.

Wonderful stay in a comfortable and clean room in a hotel in a great location with lovely staff and breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Helpful, professional, approachable and friendly. The location is a huge plus. Walkable to all the old parts of Porto including the Ribeira. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Breakfast was great quality, fresh and good options.
