Pros:

Originally, we had been placed in a ground floor dark room. Asking for another room, they were able to accommodate us into a beautiful light and spacious room with a western view. Thank you.
Good AC, blackout curtains, comfortable bed

Cons:

Small things - only one face washer, freezer door broken and leaks water into fridge, pillows were all to soft. Poor bathroom lighting for make-up application, but room mirror was a better option near the windows.
