Great spot, clean and comfortable.
While parking is available, they won't guarantee a spot. I was fortunate to grab the last spot.

I requested a sofa bed and on check-in was told it needed to be looked into as they didn't believe it was done. So I was given the items to do the bed myself as housekeeping had left for the day. However I got to the room and pulled the bed out and it was made, but it didn't look freshly made, so not sure how long it had been like that for.

Outstanding hotel and accommodation. Our initial room was actually quite small on level two. I’m disabled and it was a little bit difficult to get around the bed. Once this was mentioned to staff I was upgraded to level four in the hotel with a larger space of ability to move around the bedroom. The staff are absolutely brilliant. And assisting. Fire alarm was activated during our day and the administrator night staff was well organised. The coffee shop, breakfast bar is absolutely sensational and the staff ability from the kitchen and coffee shop provided a brilliance in meals and coffee.
The coffee shop come restaurant on the ground floor was sensational as a morning routine prior to leaving the hotel each day and returning. Breakfast meals hot and cold or provided from the kitchen were unbelievable wonderful the staff member on the ground floor who provided dry breakfast and all coffees and teas were absolutely outstanding and should be credited and mentioned for their abilities provided to customers each day

I strongly do NOT recommend staying at this hotel.
The most unacceptable issue: our room door was left open on 4 separate occasions after housekeeping had been inside, with all of our personal belongings inside. This is a serious security risk. We reported this to the front desk multiple times, yet nothing was properly resolved. This alone is completely unacceptable.
Service and housekeeping were extremely poor:
• 2 staff members entered our room on seperate occasions without knocking on the first morning
• Loud hotel speakers were playing music at 7:00 AM
• The room was never properly cleaned or vacuumed during our entire 8-night stay
• Beds were not consistently made
• We were sometimes left without toilet paper
• Only one set of towels was provided despite being two guests
The gym is also in bad condition. Machines are broken and make loud, unpleasant noises, making it basically unusable.
To make things worse, the fire alarm went off at 3:45 AM, forcing all guests to evacuate the hotel for no serious reason.
The front desk staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and not solution-oriented.
Overall, this hotel is far below standard for its price.
Clean modern
The accomodation was very well priced and very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and staff were nice to deal with.
Can’t think of anything that we didn’t get joy.
