Pros:

We liked the Cafe staff and the coffee,the bed was comfy, we liked it had a lift

Cons:

We didn't like the outside lift it was dirty and smelly. The receptionists were not very friendly, there was no menu in our room the receptionists said she was going to bring one to the room but never got it. There was a microwave but no cutlery which was inconvenient.

Not a good feeling because of the water issue
Pros:

Every hotel anywhere in the world I have been offers a complementary bottle of water. But not this hotel which I fount very miserly and mean.

Good value
Pros:

Handy-ish to Fortitude Valley station - sadly I arrived on a melting hot public holiday and had to lug my case from the station so perhaps not typical. Great bathroom, comfy bed, not much noise from the corridor.

Cons:

I ended up having to get room service dinner and everything was served in cardboard with wooden utensils. There was a player for music on your iPhone but nowhere to plug it in.
