It was a very good stay. I loved the location.

Customer service was just OK
Pros:

It was close to six flags close to many things.

Cons:

The elevator was not working. They put a sign stating it best to use stairs. My husband is disabled and can’t walk up flights of stairs. He is on oxygen. We were on the 3rd floor. I called front desk on our first night and they stated it would be fixed that same night. It wasn’t! They had the manager stand by the elevator all day to make sure that the elevator would actually open its door on the right floor. When we asked the manager when the elevator would get fixed he stated it wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing he said its just because when it gets used a lot the elevators wiring gets “hot”. To me that’s something that needs repairing. I wasn’t offered a 1st floor room. No one there made the hotel stand out. It was just decent customer service they really need to fix that elevator. Also if you stay here and are disabled stay on the first floor. From the looks of it I highly doubt the manager was getting the elevator fixed. It still wasn’t fixed when we left.

Great choice!
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, room was clean, staff were WONDERFUL.

Cons:

King beds are not king size. My husband and I can sleep with all 3 kiddos in our bed. This bed barely fit us two and one kid.

I would stay again
Pros:

Staff was excellent and complementary

Cons:

First night arrival there was a jolly rancher type red stain on my comforter, and then it was a Friday night so they did not do cleaning service on Saturday. I usually get Springhill suites because they offer a 6 mile radius free shuttle, which really helps on convention trips but I had to get an Uber so that was unfortunate but still a good location.

Pros:

Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the facility was clean and close to everything. I had last minute accommodation requests and they provided them with no problem. The room was very big but cozy it had everything we needed.
