Pros:

Room. Outdoor landscaping was nice. Restaurants across walkway were very good. Facility was clean. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Enough parking in garage.

Cons:

Too little smoking areas. Too many kids in infinity pool even as late as 9pm. Sit down breakfast with wait staff would have been nice. No smoking on patios.

It was okay, not sure I would go back
Pros:

The hotel was nice. It had everything that you could want at a hotel.

Cons:

The staff was not the friendliest. I needed a room with a walk in shower for a family member and they gave me a handicapped assessable tub. So I had to change the room and I had an upcharge because they did not have a room with two queen beds, so I got a king bed.

Another example of allowing a hotel to fall into disrepair, with minimal attention to customer experience.

Cons:

Wasn’t being maintained or cleaned (lots of mold, shower floor blackened with mildew and dirt, torn and stained curtains), and even when we pointed out empty shampoo / conditioner bottles in the shower, they were never refilled despite promising to correct the issue. Uncomfortable, broken-in mattresses.

Good location and nice view
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, our server was also very nice during dinner.
Room was good and had enough space as well.
Location was very good, in the summer time it must be a prime location

Cons:

The window in the room was very dirty which ruined the view a bit.
TV in the room had burn-in from being at the same picture for a very long time.
