Pros:

L'hôtel est bien positionné, près de plusieurs services. Le personnel de l'accueil était gentil.

Cons:

Les joints de silicone dans la douche étaient répugnants. La nourriture n'était pas bonne (souper et déjeuner). Les fruits n'étaient pas du tout frais. Beaucoup d'erreur dans notre commande à la chambre au repas déjeuner. Le serveur n'était pas du tout agréable non plus. Même lorsque j'ai commandé par téléphone, le serveur ne comprenait pas bien le français et cela a rendu la communication très difficile. Nous avons entendu l'ascenseur monter et descendre touuuute la nuit. Le soir c'était même très difficile à s'endormir car l'entendions tellement fort dans notre chambre que cela résonnait. De minuit à 5h c'était plus calme mais dès 5h on entendais résonner dans notre chambre sans pouvoir se rendormir. La piscine beaucoup trop froide, même les enfants n'ont pas apprécié. Le spa était à la température que la piscine aurait dû être.

Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont très confortables, l’ambiance de l’hôtel est très bonne aussi, on s’y sent bien.

Cons:

Ma chambre était la 404, tout près de l’ascenseur … je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit parce que j’entendais sans cesse un bruit de roulement, j’avais l’impression que quelqu’un faisait rouler une chaise sans arrêt juste au dessus de nous. Je n’ai pas fermer l’œil de la nuit, le bruit était très fort. Aussi, j’ai été vraiment très déçue quand j’ai ouvert la porte du balcon et que je me suis rendue compte que la moitié du balcon était obstrué par le balcon de la terrasse du restaurant … je n’aurais jamais payer un supplément pour un balcon intérieur si j’avais su. Très décevant. Pour toute ces raisons, je ne reviendrai pas à l’hôtel.
