Le lavabo de la salle de bain ne se vidait vraiment pas bien, alors cela était un peu déplaisant.

I would simply like to highlight the excellent service I received from RYAN at reception.

I had an issue with my room due to a very strong chlorine smell that affected my respiratory condition. Despite the hotel being extremely busy at the time, Ryan handled everything efficiently and professionally while working alone at reception.

He resolved my issue promptly, and I truly appreciated his help and kindness.

Tes belle hôtel avec quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

Personnel gentil et serviable
L'espace tropical/piscine est top
Très belle chambre très propre et spacieuse avec toute les commodités nécessaires a l'intérieur, coffre frigo machine a café.....
Beau balcon sur l'espace piscine

Cons:

L'eau de la Piscine est beaucoup trop traitée, ça se ressent sur la peau en sortant.
L'accès est en travaux et le parking est vraiment compliqué et mal géré
Il manque un sourire et un peu de dynamisme à la personne qui gère le petit espace café dans le hall le matin.
Lors de notre dernière soirée un séminaire prenait son repas dans l'espace tropical, rendant l'endroit très bruyant, le coin piscine était beaucoup moins agréable et on entendait le bruit dans les chambres.
