The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly.

Cons:

The room description stated that it included 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Murphy Bed, but we were given a room with a double bed, and the Murphy bed had a sticker saying “Do Not Use.” Since we arrived late at night after a six-hour drive, we were too exhausted to go back to the front desk or call to resolve the issue.
There was no complimentary drinking water in the hotel or in the room. The only option was a vending machine near the front desk that required coins, which we did not have. Although a coffee machine was provided, there was no bottled drinking water. I did not feel comfortable drinking water from the bathroom tap.
Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the coffee machine was dirty.

Séjour paisible et agréable

J’ai bien apprécié assister au spectacle musical donné dans le jardin samedi soir à partir du balcon de ma chambre, ce fut bien agréable. L’hôtel est bien entretenu, autant dans les corridors que dans la chambre. J’ai également constaté que l’eau du spa avait été vidée et remplacée à chaque matin de mon séjour (2 jours) et la piscine nettoyée également. Cela confirme que la direction de l’hôtel prend très au sérieux la propreté et l’hygiène de ses installations. C’est ma deuxième visite à cet hôtel et je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir!

Quand j’ai appeler la réceptionniste pour qu’elle vienne me sucer dans ma chambre elle a refuser !! Ont ne dit jamais non à un clients

Over priced musty motel-like experience; calling itself a hotel, very disappointing.
Pros:

Live music in the pool was fun.

Cons:

Food was terrible and over priced. Room stank, musty and humid, condensation on window that didn’t open. There was a metal pin broken and sticking out of the electrical socket in the bathroom. Walls were paper thin. When room service was ordered they didn’t even bring utensils, napkins plates to eat it on.

Unfortunately, too short! We only stayed in Quebec City one night on route to the east coast.
