Vraiment un hotel cheap et sans avantage. Chambres sales et non sécurisées pour les femmes et les enfants. Chambre très bruyantes on entends les gens chuchoter dans le couloir.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked this hotel through RBC Rewards because the listing stated that dogs were allowed. After driving nine hours to Quebec City, I arrived only to be told that the hotel does not allow dogs—only service dogs—and I was refused accommodation.
Whether the issue was with the hotel’s information or the booking platform, this should never happen. A hotel should ensure that its pet policy is accurately communicated on booking websites. Being turned away after such a long drive caused a great deal of stress and forced us to find alternative accommodations at the last minute.

Climatisation pas très adéquate, pas assez illuminée dans les chambres
La simplicité et rapidité du « check-in et du check-out ». La disponibilité d’un restaurant sur place, d’un wifi ainsi que la section piscine/spa intérieur et d’un stationnement sur le site de l’hôtel.
Poignée de porte de la salle de bain ne barrait pas (alignement). Montée/descente du store à la fenêtre était très difficile. La poignée d’accès à la piscine (au 3ème) était brisée, apparemment depuis un certain temps.
Xavier de la réception très aidant concernant nos questions sur le transport en commun.

Très belle chambre lit très confortable il y a un bon restaurant dans l’hôtel, ce qui est pratique.
La propreté la piscine et le personnel très courtois
L’air climatisé de notre chambre n’était pas performante j’ose espérer que c’était à cause de la forte chaleur à l’extérieur et la grande demande dans tout l’établissement
