Lovely visit.
Pros:

Nice hotel with great staff, good food and amenities

Cons:

There is a large puddle that forms on the right hand side of the doors as you are walking out of the hotel I watched another guest walk through past his ankle with water soaking his shoes.

Bien,je suis quand-même déçu.
Pros:

Il avait tout accessible dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Il avait beaucoup de jeunes adolescents pendant mon séjour et sa courrait beaucoup dans le couloir jusqu’à des fois 1 du matin.La piscine vue de la terrasse ne paraissait pas trop propre.

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staffs, nice vibe at the pool! Jaro are the best hotel chain! Always a good program to entertain the guests 😁

L'amplacement est tres bien, la chambre etait propre

La propreté des lieux communs est fortement a améliorer , et l'organisation des activités est tres ordinaire le 6 avril 2026 etait suppose avoir une chasse aux cocos , mais personne de semblait etre au courant alors que c'était écrit partout dans l'hôtel(sans indications). Le fond de la piscine n'était pas visible et donc nous nous sommes pas baigné. Dans l'ensemble la qualité prix n'y est pas

parfait.
Pros:

le balcon interieur, la pression des douches, la piscine et l'hotel est magnifique.

Cons:

jai telephoner pour rallonger le sejour jusqu'à 15h et lorsque jai ete a la piscine ma carte a ete refuser et a ma chambre aussi. nous etions pris en maillot devant la porte, mais tous a vite ete regler sans gene.

La déco était belle. C'est le fun d'avoir l'ambiance sur le bord de la piscine et le restos. Lits confos. Était personnels souriants la plupart

Cons:

Vu notre situation j'aurais aimé ne pas être situé sur la même étage que la piscine mais l'hôtel était pleine. Mais il devrait faire le tri avec ceux qui ont des jeunes enfants et les autre non.
Aussi pas de four micro-ondes dans tous les hôtels ont avait un petit four micro-ondes.
