Not a good idea
Pros:

The hotel's only real strength is its excellent location, just outside the walls of the old town, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot.
Unfortunately, everything else fell well below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of renovation. Housekeeping was also disappointing, with a level of cleanliness that did not meet the standards of this category.

Overall, I expected much more from a four-star property and left feeling quite disappointed.

Very disappointed and will never come again
Cons:

The room facilities are very outdated, and the light fixtures were covered in dust—they were extremely dirty. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room, and no complimentary bottled water was provided. Considering the high price, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money.

Cons:

Chambre pas au goût du jour. Sale bain qui a aussi besoin d' amour. Silicones du bain pas propres et problèmes de toilettes. Et là cafetière fait un bruit infernal et fonctionne une fois sur deux et il ne donne que 2 cafés! Donc 🤷 il y en a un qui n'en a pas eu.. je n'y retournerai pas. Au prix de 900$ pour 2 jours on s attendait à mieux.

J'ai trouvé mon séjour cher. Je m'attendais a mieux. Selon moi la chambre ne valait pas 500$la nuit. Lit trop mou. Piscine petite et pas de creux. L employée semblait s'ennuyer a la piscine. Chaîne de la toilette tombait toujours quand on fluschait. . C était long pour le check in.

Pros:

J'aime l'emplacement, près de tout, on peut marcher. La suite était bien, avec une belle vue sur la ville. Lit très confortable. Les employés sont très sympathiques et serviables.

Cons:

Je séjourne à l'hôtel, aux mêmes dates (anniversaire de mariage), dans la même suite depuis 2021. J'ai toujours demandé et reçu la suite 622 à laquelle je tiens. Cette année, même avoir réservé très à l'avance (18 sept. 2025), je n'ai pas eu la suite demandé. J'étais très déçu.
On nous a mis dans la suite 721. La section salle de bain a besoin d'amours. Beaucoup de moisissures dans le silicone du bain, ayant MPOC, cela n'a pas été bon pour ma respiration. Beaucoup de saleté qui semblent être prisent dans le silicone au bas du cadre de porte (MPOC). Le contour des barres de soutien dans la douche, très sale. Les robinets de la salle de bain étaient branlant, difficulté à manier. Le robinet de la section cuisine dégoutait en permanence. Après que l'équipe d'entretien soit passé, ils n'ont pas bien fermé notre porte! La réception fera enquête. Le sofa, et la chaise de bureau taché et défraichie. J'ai demandé un drap et une serviette supplémentaire pour couvrir le tout. Et pour cette suite, ne soyez pas surpris, le coffret de sûreté se trouve dans la vanité de la salle de bain!

Great hotel! It’s an excellent location, comfortable, spacious, friendly and accommodating staff and parking was a bonu
Pros:

The location, indoor pool and hot tub were lovely, as was the public balcony on our floor. We didn’t want an interior room, so opted for an outside view, but we used the public balcony overlooking the pool everyday. It was very much our own private balcony.

Cons:

The three day policy for cleaning. First day, new towels and coffee was replaced, no cleaning. Second day, minimal cleaning. We had a Murphy bed and had to request that it be lowered and raised each day. I understand the unnecessary and environmental impact of changing sheets daily, but the bed should at least be made and the Murphy bed raised and lowered.
