Great hotel but a bit outdated
Pros:

Great location close to the main attractions in Quebec. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Cons:

The hotel felt a bit outdated and old. No USB plugs for charging devices, not able to watch Netflix on the TV etc. The staff we interacted with didn't seem very enthusiastic to serve us. The price is expensive for what you get.

Le personnel de l’hotel était sympathique en dehors du personnel d’accueil

Cons:

Les rideaux se fermaient mal.
La douche ne laissait pas évacuer l’eau.
Il y avait des saletés mais rien de grave.
Le personnel à l’accueil peut améliorer leur service…
La piscine sentait une très forte odeur de chlore sonc j’ai préféré ne pas nager.

Had a great two days but would opt for a different hotel on our next visit.
Pros:

Perfect location and front staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Property and room was very dated, noisy and room was hot and stuffy. Small window so no view. Took a long time to get hot water. And no maid service (other than clean towels). Quality didn’t meet the price.

Very good, central location next to old town Quebec. You can walk to many places. The hotel has a whirlpool and an indoor swimming pool. The amenities are good. The room is of good size and it has a living area with a pulled out sofa bed.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great downtown location. The room and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room had good facilities.

Cons:

The room service isn't great. Beds are not made on the first day, and cleaning is done only if you stay more than three nights.
