Bien situé
Pros:

Proximité, situé directement dans le vieux Québec

Cons:

Toilette qui bascule, chambre très humide surement à cause du patio relié à la piscine ( aucune humidité à l'extérieur), télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas ( après demande, ils sont venu régler le problème), plusieurs coins du murs cassé, rien qui empêche d'avoir été bien reçu. Chambre très propre, bon service. Seulement besoin d' ajustement mineur.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind gut und komfortabel. Der Innenhof mit Pool und großem Fernseher ist sehr schön. Wir konnten Fußball und Tennis schauen.

Cons:

Der Preis war für ein normales Hotelzimmer zu hoch. Leider war es im 9 stock sehr laut, da man die Klimaanlage sehr laut ununterbrochen gehört hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gut. Es gab nichts frisches, wie Tomaten oder Gurken und nur Toast. Keinerlei Brotauswahl. Die Cornflakes gab es nur in Packung, was ziemlich viel Müll produziert.

Enjoyed the room, the staff was excellent.
Pros:

Loved the location, close to everything, fit 5 people no problem

Cons:

1. The caulking around the tub needs to be replaced.
2. No storage for shirts, pant etc. Only closet.
