Cons:

Hotel mal entretenu, odeur de chlore en raison de la piscine, la chambre n'était pas très propre il y avait encore des cheveux dans la salle de bain, le robinet était mal fixé ce qui a été signalé. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

plusieur groupe d ecolier tres bruyant beaucoup de cri et de course dans les chambres et passage. Dans la salle de bain
on entend parler l etage en dessous comme si il etait dans notre chambre et a 2;00 du matin on c est fait reveiller dans les deux chambres
nous avions 2 chambres 4016 et 4018

Sois autonome et ne demande surtout pas un renseignement a l'accueil!
Pros:

Je suis client depuis plus de 15 ans au Palace Royal.
L'emplacement est génial.

Cons:

Il y a une dégradation incroyable du personnel a l'accueil.
De plus ne pu proposer le valet est un véritable cahot avec le peu d'espace libre pour laisser les véhicules lors de l'enregistrements.
Si les gens de l'accueil étaient plus dynamique, souriant et moins robots enragés l'enregistrement se ferait plus rapidement.

L'état des salles de bain, divan et fauteuils se détériore rapidement d'année en année

Pros:

Emplacement au top, personnel serviable, literie agréable

Cons:

Hôtel globalement bruyant (surtout si vous êtes proches de la piscine). Un petit rafraîchissement de la décoration et de certaines commodités serait top (papier peint à recoller, prises électriques à mettre en fonction).
Gros bémol sur le bruit généré par la salle de bain lorsque vous vous douchez.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement, la vue de notre chambre était incroyable,le confort de la chambre était bien et le personnel de ménage très gentils.

Cons:

Stationnement difficile, piscine manquait de place où s'asseoir autour et je crois qu'il y avait du caca autour par terre..spa impossible d'y accéder car des gens y restait des heures... Lerestaurant affilié beaucoup trop cher au déjeuner pour des enfants âgés de moins de 12 ans en plus que le buffet était tres froid et très ordinaire...

The location was great and the staff were very friendly
The pool area is very tropical looking and clean.
We enjoyed our stay here very much

Cons:

When we checked in we were put on the bottom floor looking up at the balconies. I was hoping for a balcony view.
I asked if it was possible to move and the next day we were asked if we would like an upgrade to a higher floor with city view which was incredibly nice.
So they were very accommodating
