Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Direct naast de stadsmuur die toegang geeft naar de oude binnenstad.
Het bed ligt prima, douche is ook lekker warm.

Cons:

Het personeel is niet vriendelijk. Het is onpersoonlijk. Je bent een nummertje en geen naam.

Bon séjour et hôtel bien placé pour effectuer les visites.
Pros:

Le patio intérieur et le petite terrasse de chaque chambre

Un peu vieux et j’ai trouvé un slip du client précédent sur la chaise….

The location was superb.
Pros:

Staff were young, polite, energetic and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

I found some hair (probably from the previous guest!) on my bed. Does that mesn they don't change the sheets after each guest leave? I don't think so.

Overall good
Pros:

Hotel and everything was excellent. I would like to add one thing for emergency. Hotel should have first aid kit with sanitary pad for women as well. I asked from reception and they said we don’t have in hotel and everything closed nearby.

Cons:

I travelled many hotel in different cities but they have sanitary pad for women available in emergency.

Pros:

la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

le divan lit ( très mauvaise qualité / la chanteuse dans la piscine beaucoup trop fort et très ordinaire / beaucoup trop cher pour un endroit non ajour / le stationnement très cher , l'hôtel n'a pas de stationnement / piscine très petite /les ascenseurs , j'avais peur de les prendre , ils avaient l'air en mauvaise états .

Pros:

L’emplacement.
La grandeur de la chambre.
La vue.

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 14h30, la chambre n’était pas prête. On nous a dit qu’ils nous enverrait un courriel lorsqu’elle le sera. Nous n’avons jamais reçu de courriel. J’ai dû appeler vers 16h45. On m’a répondu qu’il y avait plusieurs chambres de prêtes de notre catégorie. Donc on aurait pu nous le dire plus tôt.

La toile assombrissante était un peu défectueuse.

Le lavabo était un peu sale. Pas visible quand on est debout, mais visible lorsqu’on se brosse les dents.

Il n’avait pas de tisane, que du café.

près de plusieurs restaurants à 2 minutes de marche. le cochon d'inde ouvre à 8:am pour les déjeuners
le service aimable et accueillant

Cons:

la machine a café: nous n'avons pu la faire fonctionner! peut-etre mettre des indications?
aucuns verres pour boire de disponible dans la salle de bain
le spectacle de musique à la piscine: bruyant avec echo
du a la présence de plusieurs groupe, l'accès a la salle a manger pour le déjeuner n'était pas disponible: nous avons été à l'extérieur

La chambre ne valait pas le prix payé
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal et la piscine était amusante, avec le petit spectacle en fin de journée. Super.

Cons:

Pour le prix payé, la chambre était vraiment très ordinaire. Très vieux, moche…. Ça sentait le désinfectant au citron à plein nez, les oreillers n’était pas confo… un peu l’impression d’être dans un motel.
