Le côté nature à l’intérieur du bâtiment est merveilleux! La vu des chambres sur la piscine intérieure est parfaite. Le personnel était souriant et à l’écoute.
Les oreillers étaient mottoneux et il n’y en avait que 2 (la plupart des hôtels en ont en surplus dans le garde-robes, mais pas cet hotêl). La luminosité dans la chambre était insuffisante. Même lorsque toutes les lumières étaient allumées, on ne voyait pas bien, même dans la salle de bains. Les jeux de l’arcade étaient pour la plupart hors d’usage, incluant les 2 tables de billard.
Magnifique, on se sent rapidement en vacance, sauf que la piscine était vide, m'ai l'ambiance tropical fait sont effet.
Aviser au moment de la réservation les équipements hors service.
Normalement très confortable, j'aime me retrouver sur la galerie dans la serre.
Hôtel vieillissant. Portes des couloirs égratignées. J'y allait pour la piscine, mais elle était en rénovation. Au moins, il y avait la galerie, mais trop de bruit des ouvriers de la piscine. Aucune réduction.

Polite and courteous staff. Easy location with respect to Airport. Pool and hot tub. Nice room and amenities in room. Clean throughout! Loved the nod to different international architectural styles in the Pool Area (on the walls above the hotel rooms). Ease of parking near our room.
Our sliding glass door did not lock. Huge problem re safety and security. Staff person was helpful but only had àn “intermediate” solution given it was evening.
Bottom line: À door that does not lock securely is unacceptable in à hotel of any kind. (As à Canadian À short term solution of a hockey stick shaft that was cut to the exact length would have been acceptable. They are sturdy, solid and often used. Suggest JARO acquires some as a back up to your inadequate bars. At home I have a one length suspended bar like yours, and two locking stops in the sill of the door for air flow and additional security. Suggest that this might be another option to secure your doors).
Bathroom soap dispensers in shower - 1) apparently the shampoo and conditioner covers on the shower dispensers were reversed - (for the shampoo and the conditioner !!!! We think.). 2) the font size on the dispensers is very small so they are hard to read in the first place let one trying to figure out why the shampoo is not lathering up!)
Pool Opening times: please correct the pool opening times on your web site. We made decisions on arrival time based on your website times. Please consider leaving the pool open for a half hour to an hour for adults only (say 9 pm to 10 pm). There were many children in the pool and it was impossible to swim!
Bar Refrigerator - freezer not available in our refrigerator- although I was able to use the ice machine and have ice for our cooler instead of overnight freezing my own ice packs. In the end all was good!
BTW, Could have sworn I had tried to book one of the Jaro’s on Laurier in Ste Foy. (Didn’t check my receipt carefully re location or I might have not been surprised by location on day of check in). Hope this isn’t a Booking or a JARO way to allocate hotel space across properties. On my side I’ll be more careful from now on when booking a hotel that has many hotels in the same city.

Spa l'eau pas assez claire et laisse une hodeur sur la peau..la piscine ouvre pas asser de bonheur pour profiter de la piscine tu doit acheter un des hrs supplémentaire car l'arrivée est tardive

Bathrooms need a little uptade, lots of cracked tiles and shower head leaks.
