Pros:

Le décor qui entourait la piscine ,la musique :ça nous amène a voyager .Le Sud ! La playa ! Quelle bonne idée! Nous vue était super de notre balcon .Belle grandeur de balcon ! Possibilité d'avoir des aires pour jouer a des jeux ,grignoter etc...

Cons:

Malheureusement,ça mentionne qu'il y a des arcades pour les petits et grands mais finalement juste 2 ! Nombre peu suffisant .On cherchait souvent aussi des poubelles pour jeter nos déchets hihi

Pros:

Nous avons adorée l’ambiance, le climat de l’hotel .
Les chambres sont propres .
Piscine ouverte tot et tard donc très bien.

Cons:

Seule petit point négatif c’est la propreté de la piscine et du spas!
Il y avait en permanence une quinzaine d’enfants dans le spas . L’eau était sale.
Mais cest la semaine de relâche donc comprenable.
Bref, nous avions bien aimé.

Bien, mais le prix était élevé pour la qualité de l’hôtel!
Pros:

Nous avons appréciés le parking, l’hôtel était grands, les chambres aussi étaient grandes, l’endroit principal pour se promener était charmant!

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas appréciés le fait que la télévision ne soit pas fonctionnel, nous entendions tous les bruits de couloirs et la chambre du haut. La piscine était bondé pour le petit espace. À 210$ la nuit, on aurait apprécié pouvoir écouter un émission au retour de la piscine et profiter d’un moment calme sans entendre les nuits voisinants jusqu’au petite heure.

Bel endroit mais la piscine est à améliorer !
Pros:

Le restaurant La Palmas excellente nourriture , super service et menu très élaboré.

Cons:

Piscine bien trop petite pour la capacité de l'hôtel. À investir pour agrandir ou en faire une 2e. Avec un 2 e spa.

Correct
Pros:

La piscine était bien. Les chambres étaient propre. Les employés étaient sympathiques.

Cons:

J'ai pris la peine d'écrire que nous avions un bébé de 1 an. Le plancher était glaciale, j'étais mal de le laisser jouer par terre... aucune couverture de surplus pour lui. Nous avons été obligé de l'abriller avec nos manteaux. Les nouvelles oreillers sont tellement épaisses que je me suis réveillé toute la nuit.
Le divan lit de la deuxième chambre était tellement inconfortable et penchait vraiment vers l'arrière. ( la tête vers le bas)
Le coin piscine était bien mais Les chambres très peu confortables.

Très satisfait de notre séjour! On y va régulièrement depuis plusieurs années pour la motoneige.
Pros:

grandeur et propreté des chambres. Proximité du restaurant. proximité du dépanneur. Proximité des sentiers de motoneige!

L'ambiance et le restaurant

Cons:

Le manque de nettoyage dans les airs commune (les vitres, les rampes, la vaisselle sale qui traine par terre jusquau lendemain. La piscine était sale et le spa aussi. Manque de jeux pour les enfants. Piscine et spa trop petit pour la quantité de monde et de chambre.

Le séjour était correct.
Pros:

Excellent service. Personnel compétent et courtois. Le restaurant est très bien.

Cons:

Le spa n’était pas propre. L’eau sentait très mauvais. Nous sommes sortis pour cette raison. L’eau de la piscine était froide. Décevant car nous étions à cet hôtel pour profiter de ces deux installations.

Cons:

The bed and chairs were not comfortable, we had to ask for more towels (2 was provided for a 3 night stay), my family had to pay extra for 4 person in room (not in NB)...overall we will not stay there again, not worth the money.
