Les lits sont très confortable le spa et la piscine sont bien quand on ne se fait pas toujours arroser 😅 la nourriture est excellente, le service au chambre est assez rapide, le personnel est très accueillant et gentil

Je crois personnellement qu’il devrais y avoir une heure ou les enfants n’ont plus le droit d’aller dans le spa! Se faire arroser quand on essaie de relaxer n’est pas très agréable et le service au restaurant étais un peu long avant d’avoir notre facture et les draps étais sale il y avais des taches un peu partout et dans la chambre aussi mais bon juste de faire attention serais agréable pour les visiteurs

Les propriétaires doivent mettre de l'argent dans l'hôtel, très vieux et à besoin d'amour.

L'animation, l'ambiance pour les enfants, les jeux d'eaux et les jeux étaient parfait pour les petits!

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes.
Le plancher était très endommager, pas de tapis quand on entre dans la chambre pour nos bottes.
La porte de la salle de bain était réparer mais on voyait qu'elle savait été forcé, la porte patio barrait mal.
Lorsqu'on faisait la sieste aux enfants, les femmes de ménages faisaient beaucoup de bruit, mon conjoint est allé juste leur dire que les petites faisaient la sieste, et deux minutes après, elle frappait dans notre porte avec son aspirateur.
Nous avons dû fermer le foyer parce qu'il faisait un bruit fatiguant.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel était cher pour ce que c'était.
Pour 595$ pour deux nuits nous avons trouvé ça trop cher, pour la qualité de l'hôtel.

Notre chambre et notre aile sentait énormément la cigarette. Corridor sales. Odeur d'un parfum de canelle dans la chambre pour camoufler l'odeur de la cigarette. Femme de chambre qui entre alors que nous sommes là.

J'adore cet hôtel...mais....
Pros:

La piscine et le spa.
Le personnel du resto sont des perles!

Cons:

Les arcades défectueuses (incluant machine à change)
Pas de musique où la piscine (manque d'ambiance) même si on est jeudi soir et qu'il y a moins de monde, ça prend de la musique.
Ma couverture sentait bizarre.
Les lit ne sont pas confortable et le lit escamotable grince quand on se retourne.
Le bruit du chauffage.

Room space and 3 beds. Bathroom OK. Not possible to open windows. Program for kids, games and entertainment.

Cons:

- old furniture, hotel need remodeling
- aquapark quite small and old
- breakfast too many people and small bufet, messy
- no return of room deposits
