Pros:

I can say ok for the price, however avoid level one as it same level as underground indoor parking, which may not be pleasant. level two is the ground floor and the big corridor in front of half of the rooms is also the dining, tables area, which is too load an noisy in the morning when breakfast is served. also breakfast is just bare minimum

Fair priced centrally located not too far from Old Quebec City. Breakfast items were limited to toast, cereal, fruits coffee and tea. A little outdated but otherwise good.

Pros:

Very outdated, toilet wasn't flushing, air conditioning was from the 90s. The included breakfast was canned fruits, stale cereals and poorly organized. Staff was not the most friendly. Would not recommend.

The AC is too noisy. Room and bathroom lighting is not enough. Underground parking is good if your room is on the first floor. Can get your luggage straight from the car to the room.

The only disappointment was the breakfast, there was no protein ( meats or eggs) nor cottage cheese or yogurt.

Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful and because we stayed longer than 2 days we were givern a free bus pass to use to to Old Quebec city. If you stay for about 3 days, be aware room will not be cleaned every day.
Breakfast is a continental but good. There is a shopping centre across the road as well as restaurants. Be aware hotel is a bit out of downtown, hence the free bus pass.
