Confort de la chambre, courtoisie du personnel, propreté des lieux.

Cons:

Peu de choix au déjeuner, équipement désuet et/ou non fonctionnel dans la salle de gym, les guenilles étaient soient par terre ou sur le radiateur, on ne savait même pas si c'était vraiment propre...

It was very nice, so close to many things, especially the CHUL Hospital were I had to visit my Aunt.
Pros:

The room was close to the main entrance on the ground level and the view from my room was nice, the blackout curtains were great.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee from a coffee urn is no longer "acceptable". Many if not most hotels now have automatic coffee machines that make expresso based drinks. These have been around for over 10 years in my experience. Weak, burned urn coffee is "meh". Parsimonious breakfast. Might stay here again and just skip breakfast.

Le déjeuner fourni et le stationnement intérieur

Cons:

il n'y avait pas de fan dans la salle de bain, la grosse chaise était dangereuse car mon beau-frère est tombé à la renverse lorsqu'il s'y est assis et aurait pu se faire très mal car elle est trop bancale de plus, je trouve qu'il manque de place pour s'assoir il faudrait au moins une chaise de plus.
