The hotel is beautiful. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Great location.
A premier place to stay. The bar & restaurant are wonderful. It is a very safe place to stay for a solo traveler
Great, polite and very curious, was always very prompt with the response time. Elated Greta with a smile
A nice hotel in downtown. The bar and restaurant are definitely busy, which is a nice thing in a hotel. Service at the bar was great and the food at the restaurant was perfect. Room was clean and roomy and well laid out.
Entire building and surrounding street was beautifully clean, the staff was amazing anything I asked for was immediately taken care of and the design of the hotel kept all of the old architecture and blended it with modern beauty.
No notes, it was fantastic
Love the historical component, as it used to be a bank, so the decor is in alignment to this note. The location is excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Parking seemed high to me for this area. I paid as much or close, as I have paid in large cities like Chicago and New York. Also the lighting for the sink was fairly dim, making it difficult to get ready.
Great location in the downtown area. The hotel was very unique and well decorated. Our room was on the corner of the building so it also had a great view.
Our main complaint really was that our bed was made improperly. The foot of the sheet with the tag was at the head of the bed. The duvet cover was resting on top of the duvet insert (also with the tag at the head of the bed) instead of being fully put together. There was also a lot of hallway noise. You can very clearly hear other folk's doors closing 24/7.
My room was spacious and well designed. The food and bar were excellent. The staff were great.
The wait time in the restaurant for meal service. Today I waited almost 30mins for my breakfast and I had an egg white omelet.
Everything
All was awesome
The property felt luxurious and the service was top tier
The food wasn’t that great and it was expensive
Super nice
Location is perfect
Very pricey
It could have been a four, maybe even five, but:
1. While the kitchen was still open and the restaurant was staffed, they would not serve lunch at 230, only five lousy "happy hour" selections at the bar.
2. Unbearably-loud music from the bar across the street. It is after 10pm, weeknight, and it is blaring. Front desk says "midnight." Ear plugs did not help. I am on the 11th floor and partially deaf... If sleeping is on your plan, stay away.
What a stunning hotel with superb staff ! Our early interaction were the reception staff who were eager to help and make our stay pleasant ! The room was beautiful and the shower and bathroom facilities excellent ! The valet parking team were good also ! But the real
Star of the show was Ashleigh the lady behind the bar, she was BRILLIANT, she was friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were the only customers on the bar despite being full, I think everyone in the bar enjoyed her service and not taking away from the others but she stood out ! She also helped us with suggestions of other things to see and do ! Well done Ashleigh.
