Nothing special
Noise, 2 of 4 nights (weekend) were not able to sleep until after 1.30 am. Management attitude towards staff. Front of house staff not attentive. Restaurant staff excellent but not informed of decisions taken by management. Room was not serviced for whole of stay even though door sign placed to request.
The cleanliness and decor
The parking
The rooms are amazing. Spacious a d clean. Beds are very comfortable.
Nothing
Ok
Bed hard not enough light
I love the location but more importantly this is the original Louisiana national Bank building from the 1920s and I was employed with the bank after it became Premier Bank and later Bank One from 1994 to 1998. The rooms are incredibly nice in the lobby, restaurants and hallways so beautiful.
Nothing to comment really. Everything lovely.
The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable and decorated well. Nice restaurant too.
There were 2 nightclubs below/across the street that were so loud we had to get earplugs (on a Saturday night).
10/10 perfect
I didnt know how the valet parking worked. Waited outside in my car. Had to go look for parking myself
