The guy that checked us in was an absolute jerk. He was rude, hateful, and anytime he had to talk he was short.

Pros:

The location to all Disney parks was great (all a 15 min uber ride away), there where many different food options within a 20 min walk of the hotel and the beds where comfy.

Cons:

The laundry wasn't working when we were there so I needed to travel 15 mins away for the closest laundromat and after a week's stay that was a few visits that I hadn't anticipated. You also need to inform reception when you wanted housekeeping to do your room. Initially I didn't mind but by the end of the week, I wish it was just done automatically.

El desayuno no vale la pena - Debes solicitar expresamente que te limpien la habitación

El tamaño de las habitaciones estuvo bien. La atención del personal también.

Cons:

El desayuno realmente no vale lo que cuesta. Normalmente no había sitio para sentarse, pero lo peor es que en general había muy poca variedad de cosas para desayunar. Además, todo se agotaba muy rápidamente, y en general no se reponía, al menos no en un tiempo razonable. Si bien pagamos por el desayuno para 11 días, finalmente sólo lo utilizamos unos pocos días.
Adicionalmente, por defecto no limpian la habitación todos los días, tienes que pedirlo expresamente el día anterior, o antes de las 8 de la mañana. Nunca he visto algo así en otros hoteles.
