It can be a tad off-putting approaching Reception via a massage parlor but if you've travelled in VN for any length of time you'll know that is no indicator of worth; in this case, the hotel has pleasant and comfortable rooms, and its location is superb. However, be sure to bring your own bottled water!
Water supplied in room is in a carafe.....not sure how safe that is.
Nothing. The staff were friendly but the hotel is nothing like the photos. You have to go through a foot massage salon to get to the lobby. The rooms are so dirty and the bed is rock hard. We checked out before staying a night.
There were stains on the wall. Including ones which looked like sauce or blood.
There was a gecko in the room.

Decent room. Good location. Picked it cause of its proximity to the bus service heading to Mui Ne.
Skip the massage place downstairs. Sign stated 230000 for 40 min foot massage. The lady pushed me to do 1 hr instead for 350000. The math is wrong. But I was tired so I went along. The guy who massaged my legs kept sliding his hand and rubbing the front of my lower leg back and forth possibly hundred times. It felt like he was trying to strip the hair and skin off my leg. Didn't even bother massaging my calf at all. At the end when I handed him a 500000 bill. He refused to give me change and said it is his tip. Absolute scammer with zero morals, remorse, or professionalism.

The place needs a complete clean out and freshened up.
The best thing of this place was the staff, the receptionist Tin to be specific. He is the star of the place, very helpful and enthusiastic!🤩
