Loved their huge breakfast options and incredibly good taste no fake jams home made Kenyan chef prepared jam. the best. Missing Sharjah, food and karak chai for just 1 dirham outside hotel was another surprise.
Check in staff was very nice and helpful, for the price it was good stay
It's more like a 2.5 star facility.There was bug I saw by the table.Parking is terrible.

The hotel is a 3 stars hotel as written outside, staff are friendly, daily cleaning service, in general is good, easy shopping around, only downside for me was the car parking, every time arrive after midnight the hotel car park was full and I was struggling to find parking, had to find another car parking around and pay for a car overnight stay, or try to arrive before midnight to secure parking.

Amazing hotel service
Nice and clean hotel. Walkable to many places. Staff are nice and the free water in the room was a nice touch. Some minor things:
1. Will be nice to have alarm clock in the room
2. The shower soaps and shampoo where ok and empty
3. Towels are warm out
Clean and comfy room. Friendly staff.
