Hotel, rooms, reception and employees are so bad You will be very regretful.

L’hôtel était trop les droits étaient pas changé, il y avait même pas les papiers toilette. Nous avons dû payer en supplément pour avoir les draps. Très mal accueilli.

Rezil bi yer kimsenin gitmesini tavsiye etmiyorum 1 gün kalacam diye katlandım. Banyoda havlu yok , tuvalet kirli yatakta öörtü yok yastıklar sararmış rezalet tek kelimeyle.

Best thing: The lift was smooth and very quiet!
The location is very busy, Next to a small shopping centre.
However, the state of the room, especially the bathroom, was filthy. The shower cubicle should have 2 sliding doors, one was missing and the other was almost falling off.
I found the bed uncomfortable, the aircon wouldn't work for more than a minute.
The TV remote was missing, so I borrowed one from another room.
No kettle, or food - despite confusing sign in lift.
"Free parking" is on the street, but actually there was a car park underneath, that was reasonably priced.
If I could have found anywhere else within my budget, I would have gone there!
I would certainly not recommend this place, and will not stay there again.

الفندق يحتاج الى صيانة وتطوير ونظافة اكثر، الحمام كان غير نظيف والماء بالارضية رائحته غير طيبه، الاستقبال كان رجل يبتسم، الموقع طيب لكن زحام وتفتيش للشرطة في الدخول والخروج، وبالنسبة للثمن فلا يستحق

It is extremely disappointing to say that the service of your hotel is extremely pathetic.

Your staff does not have any manner for treating the guests. Especially is the guest cannot speak the local language they say anything to the guest.

The room's are never cleaned despite of giving several reminders by walking down personally to the front desk.

One the housekeeping women's came and they sat on the bed relaxing while I was in the room. No sweeping, mopping. The bed also was done by me personally and they came and said it is all proper then why did you call us.

When I asked for changing the towels they said go and wash it by yourself.

When I went to your front desk asking to change the towel. She also didn't respond.

Attached are the pics showing how incompetent your staffs are in treating your guests. And how unhygienic your hotel is.

Is this how you treat your guest and then Expect people from all over the world should come and invest in your country. Where guests are treated like a garbage.

Lastly what ever promises you'll make at the time of booking, nothing gets fulfilled. E.g no drinking water is supplied, no tea/coffees etc.

Everything was perfect .

pandemi döneminin imkanları çerçevesinde, konaklanabilecek fiyat/performans olarak tatmin edici bir otel. Özellikle akşam shiftindeki personelin güleryüzlü yardımsever tavırları beni çok memnun etti.

Es hat mir nichts gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte kein Licht im Badezimmer, TV ing nicht. Im nächsten Zimmer war das Bett nicht bezogen. Das 3. Zimmer war ok aber toral runtergrkommen und abgewohnt. Die Bettwäsche wurde in 2 Wochen nicht einmal gewechselt, um saubere Handtücher und Klopapier musste ich mich selber kümmern. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gyb es keinen Kaffee, nur starken, schwarzen Tee. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbüffet war ungepflegt und hatte dreckige Klamotten an, sodass ich nicht mehr da gefrühstückt habe. Die Auswahl war auch sehr begrenzt. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, weil keiner deutsch bzw. nur sehr wenig englisch sprach. Das Fenster hatte am Rahmen eine große Lücke nach draußen bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur. Von der Straße her war es sehr laut, ständig Stau und Gehupe, stundenlang.
In einer Nacht hat eine Frau über mir laut und angstvoll geheult ind geschrien. Etwas später hat jemand versucht ins Nachbarzimmer durch Treten und gegen die Tür hauen einzudringen. Die Frau von oben war anscheinend nach nebenan geflüchtet. Ich hatte Angst, dass der auch bei mir einbrechen will. Die Rezeption habe ich vor lauter Angst nicht angerufen. Wer weiß.... ich kam mir vor eie in einer Absteige. Expedia sollte so ein Hotel nicht anbieten.
Ich kann nur abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen.

It was absolutely disgusting, we arrived at 9.30 in the evening and checked out the next day. Can’t believe this hotel is being allowed to advertise on a booking site. I have made a complaint and am waiting for a response. Never been in such a disgusting hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
