Wonderful property, loved our spacious room facing the harbor, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and an unbeat
Pros:

Loved the super convenient location in downtown Rockland and right on the harbor. Enjoyed being able to step out onto the balcony.

Cons:

Only complaint was that the hallways were hot the first couple days of our stay due to the heatwave that had made its way to Maine when we arrived.

Room comfortable, staff (apart from operations manager) were unfriendly and unhelpful.Not good!
Pros:

The operations manager was extremely pleasant

Cons:

An extremely sullen and unfriendly welcome on arrival.
We were allocated room 412 across from the lift and ice machine, when we requested another room we felt we were an inconvenience.
The room we were eventually allocated 404 had no Wi-Fi access. We mentioned this to several of the reception staff who were simply not interested.
When I asked for washing detergent to use in the clothes washer, I was informed there was none available and advised to travel to a store to purchase some.

Pros:

The room was in exceptionally clean and pristine condition. The hotel is on Main st, right next to all the shops and cafes. The breakfast was delicious. All in all, we are very happy about our stay in this hotel!

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended a great restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No pool but we knew that. Just was very hot day so missed having a pool.
