Good value for the price
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked very well.

Cons:

The shower was broken and the toiletries were empty. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t look that close at the shower and didn’t tryout the bed when I checked the room before accepting it. If I had noticed I could have been in a different room. All in all I was satisfied with my stay.

Le personnel était très professionnelle .

Cons:

La salle de bain était bouchée dans l'une des chambre et autre chambre le WC coulait beaucoup il faut juste vérifier bien la salle de bain pour chaque chambre avant que quelqu'un rentre .

Nothing the whole building smell like sewer

Cons:

I was poisoned by the sewer smell. I had to go to the clinic
and get antibiotics from the pharmacy

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Une expérience inoubliable !

Je suis arrivé dans cet hôtel avec l’intention d’y passer une seule nuit, mais dès les premiers instants, j’ai été tellement agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme de l’équipe et l’excellence du service que j’ai décidé d’y prolonger mon séjour pour y passer l’intégralité de mes vacances.

L’accueil est tout simplement remarquable : une équipe chaleureuse, souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La propreté de l’établissement est exemplaire, les chambres sont parfaitement entretenues et chaque détail est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort.

La qualité du service, le respect des clients et l’ambiance conviviale font de cet hôtel un lieu où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. C’est rare de trouver un établissement qui réussit à allier autant de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et d’attention.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre mes vacances exceptionnelles. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j’aurai grand plaisir à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.
