Je suis arrivé dans la chambre pas de piles dans la télécommande de la climatisation et la peinture etait arraché comme ci il y avait de l'humidité donc je redescend a la réception pour qu'il me règle ce problème et ensuite il y a même pas de gel douche dans la chambre une honte

تجربة كارثية، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق نهائياً.
من أول لحظة، تعامل بعض الموظفين مع الزبون كان بعيد كل البعد عن الاحترافية والاحترام. والأكثر استفزازاً أنني عندما طلبت تغيير الغرفة بسبب مشاكل واضحة في النظافة، تعامل معي أحد موظفي الاستقبال بقلة أدب وبأسلوب غير مقبول بدل ما يحاول يحل المشكل.
أما الغرفة، فالنظافة كانت مخيبة بشكل كبير. وجدت النمل وحشرات داخل الغرفة، وحتى حشرة من النوع المعروف بـ "سراق الزيت"، وعندي صور توثق ذلك.
أنا لا أطلب شيئاً استثنائياً؛ كنخلص على غرفة ومن حقي نلقى مكان نظيف ومحترم، وإذا وقع مشكل فمن حقي كذلك نطلب تغيير الغرفة ويتم التعامل معي باحترام.
المشكل ماشي غير فالحشرات والنظافة، المشكل الأكبر هو طريقة التعامل مع الزبون ملي كيشتكي.
بصراحة، تجربة خايبة من ناحية النظافة، الخدمة والتعامل، وما غاديش نكررها. أتمنى الإدارة تاخذ هاد الملاحظات بجدية، لأن الزبون ماشي غير رقم كيخلص ويمشي.

⭐ Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
From the very beginning, the attitude of some of the staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. What made the situation even worse was when I asked to change rooms because of obvious cleanliness issues. One of the reception staff members spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully, instead of trying to resolve the problem properly.
As for the room itself, the level of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I found ants and other insects inside the room, including what appears to be a silverfish, and I have photos documenting what I found.
I am not asking for anything extraordinary. When you pay for a hotel room, you have the right to expect a clean and decent environment, and if there is a problem, you should be able to request another room and be treated with respect.
The biggest problem was not only the insects and poor cleanliness, but also the way the guest was treated when raising a legitimate complaint.
Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of cleanliness, service and staff attitude. I definitely would not choose to stay here again.

La qualité de la chambre la paume de douche s'est cassée elle n'a pas été remplacée malgré le signalement à l'accueil qui normalement devait être remplacé le lendemain matin
