Pros:

Accogliente, abbastanza pulita, camera grande

Cons:

La colazione mi ha deluso, non ho mangiato nulla. Ho chiesto un phon per capelli e mi hanno detto che non era possibile, ma dubito che in un hotel non ci sia! Abbiamo trovato una blatta nel nostro bagno.

Pros:

Son emplacement à proximité du tram et entre 10 à 15 min à pied de la Gare Casa-Port

Cons:

La sale de bain pas très lumineuse, la lunette des toilettes cassée, petit déjeuner pas assez varié.

Camera pulita, letto comodo, staff gentile, rv e WiFi funzionanti, buona colazione, posizione abbastanza vicina alla linea del tram.

Cons:

La porta del bagno della mia stanza era di vetro, completamente trasparente ed aveva il wc proprio davanti: allucinante!

Hotel catastrofico.
Pros:

La disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

Struttura catastrofica.
Nulla piace.
Posizione: in un quartiere pieno di immondizia e degrado.
La camera degradata e il bagno rotto e perde acqua.
L'indirizzo su booking è ingannevole e non é sidi belyout come descritto.
Le foto su booking sono ingannevoli: nulla di vero.
Il personale è accogliente ma la struttura deve chiudere perché anche gratis non può essere categorizzata 4 stelle. Impossibile 🙂‍↔️

C’est une catastrophe

Je me suis fiée à la mention “Agréable” et à la note affichée ce qui m’a donné envie de réserver. Mais une fois arrivée sur place j’ai été extrêmement choquée..Honnêtement je me demande comment cet hôtel peut avoir autant de commentaires positifs car pour nous absolument rien n’a été à la hauteur.
Le monsieur de la réception Simo a été très désagréable sans aucune empathie ni sens de l’accueil. C’est pourtant la première impression qu’on a en arrivant..
La chambre ne correspond absolument pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles  équipements endommagés draps très sales rien de confortable..Le petit déjeuner était également très décevant avec très peu de choix et une qualité médiocre.
Nous avons finalement décidé de changer d’hôtel malgré le fait que nous avions déjà payé car il nous était impossible de rester plus longtemps. C’était une véritable catastrophe.
Je ne comprends vraiment pas comment cet établissement peut être noté “agréable”. C’est de loin le pire hôtel que j’ai réservé de ma vie.
