概ね満足
Pros:

チェックインの際、コインを渡されて自販機でお好きな飲み物をどうぞ、のウェルカムドリンクでした。
エレベーター前にコーヒーメーカーもあり、部屋に戻る際に持ち帰れてよかったです。
同じ建物にコンビニもあり何も困ることはなかったです。
なにより国際会議場に徒歩で行ける立地に大満足でした。

Cons:

宿泊前に電話をした時の塩対応。
チェックインがまさかの16時

京セラドームまで徒歩３０分！ですが、また機会があれば泊まりたい施設です！
Pros:

今回は京セラドームでのイベント参加で利用させて頂きました。チェックイン時間より1時間半くらい前にホテルに到着してしまいましたが、全館掃除が終わっていたようで、1時間も早くお部屋に案内して頂きありがとうございました。室内もとても綺麗でした。。また、ウェルカムドリンクは自販機から選んで飲めるタイプ(一般の自販機)で良かったです。

Cons:

ホテル周辺、徒歩圏内に飲食店が少なかったです。
モーニングにデザート、フルーツ類が全くなかったのが残念でした。
掛け布団ですが、シーツに完全に囲まれておらず、シーツの上に掛け布団(カバー)だったので、使いづらかったです。

Cons:

駐車場の確認の為、前日に電話したが説明もよく分からず聞き直していたら、イライラしたのか関西人のせっかちさが出たのか、対応の雑さを実感した。（男の人）
甲子園で泊まりに来ている高校生達へと、私達への接客の差をすごく感じた。
タクシー呼べるか聞いたら、自分で呼んだ方がいいと言われた。
今のホテルはタクシー呼ぶ事すらしてくれないんですね。
