It was my second time staying here and it was always a pleasure.
Pros:

Very convenient. Bus stops and train stations are accessible. There's also a convenient store near.

Pros:

立地が良い、部屋が広い、コスパ最高でホテル前からは大阪駅行のバスが出ているので帰りも楽！
ジャスミンの生垣があったり、朝食会場からの眺めも緑いっぱいで綺麗。
エレベーターが4基あるのでほぼ待たない。
朝食付きでこのお値段はお得。
朝食は喫茶のカレーが食べられます。和食のお惣菜(日替わり)も美味しかったです。普通のお味噌汁、ご飯や納豆や他のおかずで和食やパンも温められるし洋食メニューにもできるビュッフェ形式です。
ビル内にセブンイレブンと郵便局があるのも便利。
隣にスーパーもあります。
スタッフさんが皆様親切で気持ち良いサービスを受けられました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

デスクに置ける鏡がなく、デスク横の壁についているので女性はメイクが少しやりづらいかもしれません。ドライヤーの風量は弱めなのでロングヘアさんは乾きにくそう。
コンセントの数が少ないので(デスクに2つのみ)携帯出来るタップを持っていくと便利だと思います。
トイレの流すボタンはトイレの横のちょっと変わった場所についています。
