Pros:

立地が良い、部屋が広い、コスパ最高でホテル前からは大阪駅行のバスが出ているので帰りも楽！
ジャスミンの生垣があったり、朝食会場からの眺めも緑いっぱいで綺麗。
エレベーターが4基あるのでほぼ待たない。
朝食付きでこのお値段はお得。
朝食は喫茶のカレーが食べられます。和食のお惣菜(日替わり)も美味しかったです。普通のお味噌汁、ご飯や納豆や他のおかずで和食やパンも温められるし洋食メニューにもできるビュッフェ形式です。
ビル内にセブンイレブンと郵便局があるのも便利。
隣にスーパーもあります。
スタッフさんが皆様親切で気持ち良いサービスを受けられました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

デスクに置ける鏡がなく、デスク横の壁についているので女性はメイクが少しやりづらいかもしれません。ドライヤーの風量は弱めなのでロングヘアさんは乾きにくそう。
コンセントの数が少ないので(デスクに2つのみ)携帯出来るタップを持っていくと便利だと思います。
トイレの流すボタンはトイレの横のちょっと変わった場所についています。

休むにはちょうど良かった

ふかふかのベッドで熟睡
Pros:

窓からの風景は、とてもよかったです。部屋も広くて、ベッドもふかふかでした。

Cons:

飲み物を飲むためのコップやマグカップがありませんでした。洗面所のコップを使いました。あと、電源がデスクの二箇所しかなかったのが、残念です。ベッドサイドや洗面台に、欲しかったです。

概ね満足
Pros:

チェックインの際、コインを渡されて自販機でお好きな飲み物をどうぞ、のウェルカムドリンクでした。
エレベーター前にコーヒーメーカーもあり、部屋に戻る際に持ち帰れてよかったです。
同じ建物にコンビニもあり何も困ることはなかったです。
なにより国際会議場に徒歩で行ける立地に大満足でした。

宿泊前に電話をした時の塩対応。
チェックインがまさかの16時
