  • Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
  • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Golden Week
Pros:

Das Resort hat keinen Blick auf den Tazawako See, wie man der Namensgebung des Hotels vermuten lässt.

Das Zimmer war klein, jedoch sehr nett eingerichtet.

Der Onsenbereich war sauber.
Die Onsenbereiche werden morgens und abends gewechselt.

Das Buffet Abends / Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Gleich um die Ecke des Hotels ( vom Parkplatz aus )
ist ein kleiner Tempel mit einer großen, goldenen Boddisatva Statue und einem kleinen See.

Cons:

Auf Grund der Golden Week war das Hotel sehr teuer und somit das Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis nicht gut.

また来たい、素敵なホテルでした。
Pros:

スタッフの方皆さん笑顔で対応してくれました。犬連れでしたが、カートで外に出るのも客室からエレベーター出口とスムーズに行動できました。

Cons:

温泉も露天風呂が3個くらいあって良かったのですが、寝湯と書いてあるところで枕風な物がなく、角張ったお風呂のヘリしか無かったので改良していただけたら嬉しいです。

Pros:

Uns hat die Lage in der Natur sowie das grosszügige Tatami-Zimmer sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel dreimal über booking.com kontaktiert, um Auskunft zum Shuttle zu erhalten und ihn zu bestellen. Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten.

A good getaway place to relax.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Onsen is nice. Room size is good. Love the Japanese style deco. plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

The Onsen water seems just normal water, not a special type with minerals. Dinner and breakfast is average.

鳥の鳴き声が聞こえる自然の中のホテル。
Pros:

テレビが大きい、お部屋は比較的広い、食事は思ってたより良くて帆立の刺身が出たのは他2軒泊まったがここだけ。

Cons:

重いスーツケースを階段で運ぶのは面倒、裏側に別の入口があるが、ここだと階段なし、事前に案内があっても良いと思う。

Family friendly resort
Pros:

The resort is very family friendly, providing amenities for children in the room and even in the onsen area. Kids have a small play area around the corner from the front desk where they can play. The traditional Japanese rooms are also very spacious. There is also a manga library and arcade area which is next to the front desk area, accessible via a small flight of stairs. Despite it being outside of its operating hours, a staff member was kind enough to open it for us to let us have a look inside! The spread of food available during breakfast and dinner was great too.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we really disliked.
