당일예약했으나 바로 체크인이 되지않고 데스크 직원들 태도도 불량했으며, 40분이상 세워두었음.
또한 룸컨디션 또한 시설이 노후에 냄새도 좋지 않아 가격 대비 여러모로 최악

체크인한 방이 오랬동안 게스트를 안받았는지 지하실과 같은 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고, 심지어 제공된 G7 커피믹스의 유효기간이 2020년으로 2년이나 지난 커피가 그대로 제공되었습니다. 5일 숙박하는 동안 삼푸, 샤워젤 리필은 한번도 없었고, 다른 에머니티도 가끔 채워주고, 조식 식당에서 자리 안내도 없이 사람들이 마스크 벗고 돌아다녀도 제재히는 사람이 없습니다. 수십번 출장으로 해외에 다녀봤지만 최악의 서비스였습니다.
