Grand Plaza Hotel - Dhabab Riyadh

It has been a very good experience. Location is not perfect but it is close to the ministry of defence so it is very safe. The people are super helpful. They have me a free upgrade to a larger room. Internet was spotless. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom was nice as well. Recommended.

Definitely will not book again in this hotel! The shower glass door was broken, so the water comes out and fully cover the bathroom floor. When I told them, they did nothing! Not even give us the chance to change our room. Also, the breakfast was waste of money and it could be better. Basically, I did not get what I payed for. Anyway, when I checked out, in an unrespectful way, they asked me to wait for few minutes while they are checking the status of the room! Definitely this is my first and last visit.

The hotel was making delay and changing their sayings and reasons just to let the customer cancel their reservation and book through their desk. They are really unrespectful and unprofessional. They caused me Lots of issues.

It’s a great hotel with a high standard facilities, I really enjoyed my visit there ,the staff are very friendly, the food served is very great , the rooms are very neat and clean , and the room service is at a high quality .

My stay at this hotel was Amazing. Everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Full marks for cleanliness and everything else. I Would love to come back here.

My decision to stay at Grand plaza Hotel turned out to be pretty good. and I would definitely recommend it. The hotel service was on point, the staff was very professional and helpful, the Wi-Fi was fast and it had all the basic luxuries that are required to make your stay comfortable and that too at economic prices

The hotel was great. Well maintained amd furnished. Rooms are kept clean at least mine was and they had a very good service aswell. I loved the room more than my real home. Yaar abb baatsin kjatam ho gai hain

My stay at this hotel was quite wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and provided me with all the services needed. The food served was fresh and i would rate it 10/10 in all the fields. Thanks for this hospitality.

the hotel is in Olaya district and not far from Embassy district . the hotel is clean and neat . the staff r good . the receptionist gave me upgrade to one room suite which is big suite . the sitting area at the lobby is big and comfortable

Very small room, not cooperative

Thought being an expedia gold member i had to wait for almost half an hour to get a room. I had requested non smoking and they still gave me a smoking room and asked me to check out the room if it stinks or not and then change it. Internet password given was wrong. Took half an hour for someone to come and tell me the correct password. However, it got disconnected and i couldn't connect for the time of stay i had. Will never stay again nor reco.

The entrance and the great way that mr.hani the night shift receptionist and the sudden upgrade they gave me made me forget the long trip i took .. i payed 293 riyals almost 70$ for a single bedroom .. when i entered it was a large seating area with flat tv and a kitchenette with free water and tea,coffe ect. The bedroom was really huge .. i will leave you with the pics it can tell you that price wise vs service and size of the room i conceder this a cheap price .. please open in all ksa grand plaza hotels 🙏🏼

I spent two nights in Grand Plaza Riyadh, the overall experience is satisfactory, I checked in almost midnight and check in process didn't take more than 2 minutes, my room number was 214 for non smokers looking on the right side of the hotel, room is clean and spacious, internet service was ok although it has some interruption second day, breakfast is well prepared and has a lot of varsities, recommended for business use

travelled from Jeddah to Riyadh & due to flight late reached almost mid night but the welcome from reception was very good. Asked for food available he humbly suggest to visit Pizza Hut nearby as their restaurant closed. Nice stay.
For Vegetarian + Indian there is four restaurants located near by this restaurant, PAK kitchen, Darbar, Sarvanabhuvan for me Sarvanabhuvan is the best choice as it is pure vegetarian in near by LULU mall just walking distance from Hotel.

Changed my regular hotel and booked with Grand Plaza after reading few reviews.
Share my experience below:
1) Location: Airport London Taxi charges around SAR 90. Location is Nice with lots of food joints around KFC, Pizza Hut and others. Another Plus Mall located adjacent to Hotel which has LULU supermarket + Saravanan Bhawan Indian restaurant. So you can avold Taxi for shopping and Food
2) Food: Didnot eat inside Hotel BUT it offered decent spread of Breakfast (It was included in Hotel price)
3) Room Service: I stayed for around 11 days & I had to call reception for getting Room Cleaned. The Cleaning staff (Mostly Nepalis) are very good, but guess hotel has limited staff.
4) General: The Hotel is Clean, Staff Polite, Have safe lockers, Hot/cold water, LED TV, WIFI complimentary and good. Didnot check other facilities of Hotel so cannot comment

Overall, Very Good Hotel for Family and Business Travellers.

This was a very nice hotel with nice meals and good facilities - except Internet which was a disaster. Only worked now and then, last two days not at all. And the hotel arranged transport to the airport, but the car didn't arrive, and after several discussions , we ended up by ordering a taxi 40 minutes after the agreed time

Good welcoming and nice staff, fast check in and fast check out, clean and spacious room, free parking available inside or outside, near to restaurants and services, but I got some issues I want to talk about..
The elevators are small, the AC condition fan speed is so high even if with the low speed I got Flu for 3 night now because of it. The street is noisy and a lot of workers there!! The hot water pressure is weak! The gym was under maintenance!!
I recommend this hotel for short stay

I realy enjoyed my stay at this hotel.the prices is good .the service was excelent .the room is clean and well organized.
