Персонал по клинингу

Cons:

Больше всего испортило впечатление молодые люди на ресепшене. Когда мы приехали заселяться на ресепшене нам сказали что бассейн и сауна не работает, из-за чего конечно мы были расстроены и спросили почему нигде эта информация не была отражена, так как при бронировании была информация о сауне и бассейне, на что девушка из ресепшена очень в грубой форме прям ответила «если не нравится отменяйте и не надо заселятся» не помню имя девушки которая тогда была на ресепшене, но думаю по времени заселения администрация сможет узнать кто был тогда. Это было просто ужасно, особенно когда мы с вещами были уставшими, это было не просто некомпетентность сотрудника, а наглая грубость. Единственное что спасло ситуация это молодой парень который увидел эту ситуацию и сразу отреагировал, подошел и извинился за бассейн, объяснил что видимое еще информация не обновилась, сказал что найдет нам лучший номер и мы не стали ругаться просто уставшие были и просто уже заселились.

Very old hotel
Pros:

Safety books is poor, intruder entered our room then ran away, and on 6 am on the morning a person called the room phone and disturbed us, I got charged 10000 because the pillow was dirty and it was already dirty before we check in, I insist for you to book more worthy hotels.

My rating for the hotel is only one star.

I will give my people from Emirates all the negatives I encountered in your country, such as the airport, taxis, and hotels, and then they can choose whether to visit your country or not.
