Крайне разочарован проживанием в этом отеле.

С самого начала возникли серьезные проблемы с номером: не работал фанкойл, из-за чего всю ночь он либо шумел, либо жарил без остановки. В итоге пришлось среди ночи переезжать в другой номер.

На протяжении всего проживания постоянно ощущался неприятный запах канализации. Но самым неприятным оказалось отсутствие воды. Воды не было целых два дня. Руководство и персонал каждый час обещали, что проблема вот-вот будет решена, однако вода так и не появилась.

Оказаться в чужом городе без возможности нормально помыться — это уже неприятно, а ходить в туалет с ведром вместо нормальных условий проживания — просто недопустимо для отеля, который принимает гостей.

Привет,
отель как пример отелей СССР. Было чисто и дополнительные услуги чистка и глажка одежды отлично. Остальное желает быть лучшим.

Cons:

Интернет очень плохой, вечером пару раз отключался свет без предупреждения. Завтрак скромный.

Неплохой отель для непродолжительного пребывания
Pros:

Местоположение очень удобное. Номера просторные, персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Местами «уставший» ремонт, скудный выбор блюд на завтраках, но учитывая цену, вроде как неплохо.

Cons:

Грязные окна, не дают наслаждаться видом гор, ассортимент и качество еды на завтраке, персонал в столовой не приветствует, все ходят и серьезные грустные.
