unfreundliche Bedienung, wir mussten 10 Minuten zusehen, wie sie mit irgendjemanden telefoniert hat. dann hat sie uns gesagt, dass sie keinen Parkplatz im Hotel mehr hat und uns auf ein Parkhaus verwiesen hat. Nach 35 Minuten suche in den engen Gassen der Stadt haben wir festgestellt, dass eine lange Schlange vor dem vollen Parkhaus war. Wir sind dann wieder zurückgefahren und haben direkt im Parkhaus vor dem Hotel geparkt. 50 Minuten für nichts. Weiter haben wir nicht genau das Zimmer erhalten, welches wir bestellt haben und das ohne irgendeinen Kommentar. Die ganze Nacht hat irgendetwas im Treppenhaus laut gepiepst, man konnte kaum schlafen, es war schlicht eine Zumutung. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Katastrophe

Location excellent and a mini fridge in room that was not listed bit very welcome as vending machine broken
We collected key one hour after arranged check in time. Room had not been cleaned,staff indifferent, said cleaner was late. One light was not working. Shower gel was left empty. Vending machine in lobby out of order. Parking advertised but not available.
