De locatie is top, bij het strand en in het centrum met allemaal restaurantjes in de buurt. Personeel is beleefd en n denkt met je mee. Aardige meiden achter de balie.
De kamer is erg klein en ruikt erg muf. Ruikt naar schimmel. Het luchten van de kamers is echt een must.

Perfect location in estapona, near to the centre but with uninterrupted sea views. We only stayed one night but would definitely come back if in the area.
The staff were lovely and gave a great recommendation for parking...about 5 mins walk and only 3 euros per day. There is space to drop bags off quickly right outside the hotel too.
Definitely recommend ikigai for breakfast too. 2 mins walk on the beach and amazing healthy breakfast bowls.
The bed and pillows were a bit too hard for me but that's just a personal preference.

Great localisation, beautiful and clean rooms

This was the first time such a thing had happened in our many years of travelling. We were turned away from the hotel and refused check-in.
We were travelling by motorbike. When choosing a hotel, our main criterion was the availability of parking. But after booking and paying, we were told that ‘there were no parking spaces’. As the hotel had a non-refundable policy, we went there and started asking for details. A completely incompetent girl at reception named Ines said that we hadn’t read the terms and conditions carefully and that nobody had guaranteed us parking. We were offered the option of leaving the motorbike in a public pay-and-display car park for €20 a night, even though the hotel had quoted just €5. Having already agreed to this option, I mentioned that I would leave a bad review. Ines panicked and offered to put me through to the hotel manager. I was sure that this would resolve the matter and that the manager, understanding the situation, would offer me a discount. I was naive. Ines rang the manager and lied, saying that we were being rude (as I later realised). When she handed me the phone from the manager, I heard: ‘Get out of my hotel,’ without letting me get a word in. We left, but it was absolutely cringe-worthy. I’ve never encountered such incompetence, not even in the most backwater hotels in the world! Ines, the staff member who blatantly lied, and the manager who wasn’t prepared to hear the other side of the story. Horrible! I strongly advise against staying here!

La ubicación, en pleno paseo marítimo y junto al centro. Disponibilidad de plaza de parking que facilita mucho y las chicas de recepción.
El precio es excesivo para lo que son las instalaciones, tanto zonas comunes como las propias habitaciones, muy pequeñas.
El personal de pisos estuvo dando portazos y voces desde las 7h, algo que va muy en contra de lo que buscamos los huéspedes, el descanso.
