Excellent stay, great staff - commendation praise to Shunnosuke Waki
Pros:

Hotel staff were extremely kind and polite. I would like to give commendation and praise to this gentleman staff member named Shunnosuke Waki. After learning that I was unable to see the Kagoshima volcano. He recommended a personal spot from his childhood. This little kindness really brightened my day and trip. He went beyond his professionalism to help someone out, and I felt this goes a long way.

P.S. Management, if you are reading this, Shunnosuke Waki san deserves praise or even a small token raise

Fuss-free and Convenient Stay
Pros:

Had a great stay at JR Kyushu Hotel Kagoshima. The convenience really can’t be overstated. It’s directly connected to the station, which made getting around incredibly easy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the deluxe twin room we booked was spacious enough for three of us without feeling cramped. Breakfast was solid, not a huge spread, but it covered all the essentials.

Overall, a fuss-free and convenient stay in Kagoshima.

設備もきれいで部屋も広く寛げる。
Pros:

ロケーションが鹿児島中央駅の一部としてあるため、公共交通機関を利用する場合とても便利。特に改札階に入り口とフロントがあるため非常に楽。また、周辺にも食事やショッピングする場所が多数あり、天文館近辺ほどではないにしても十分。
設備は新しく、またきれいに管理されており、受付のスタッフも非常に丁寧かつ親切な態度で好感が持てた。

Cons:

あえて挙げると駐車場設備がショッピングモール付属の駐車場を使うようになっており、屋上階や二階に停めると一階まで降りて駅を横切り、一階の入り口から2階フロントに行くようになっているので、2階からアクセスできるようになっていればなお良い。
