Nice staff conveniently located and Fuji view in the room!
Pros:

Their curtain shuts out the morning light super efficiently. Really helpful as I had a late night.

ホテル内完結の滞在だったので満点
Pros:

規模、場所の割にレストランが良かった。景色も料理も内容も満足。24時間営業ではないがコンビニも建物内にある。

Cons:

フロントまでのアクセスがわかりにくい。産業振興センター駅からは表示なし。ただ、なんとなく進んでいけばたどり着く。

フロントスタッフの皆様には大変親切にご対応していただきとても感謝しています。おかげ様でとても楽しい家族旅行になりました。

Cons:

宿泊階に設置されている自動販売機の決済方法は普段利用していないアプリを利用する必要があったので普及している電子決済を選択できる自動販売機に変更して欲しいです。
