Very comfortable and efficient
Pros:

The efficiency of the hotel was exactly what I needed, stayed one night then I had to travel and they watched my bags, got me to my room fast, just a great experience.

Cons:

The lobby looked dated, not very comfortable, but every thing was great , they could improve that, if that the worst about the hotel, that's a pretty good hotel

Cons:

O wifi não funcionava. Mantive contato diversas vezes com a recepção, falaram que iriam resolver, mas não resolveram. Fiquei hospedado por 8 dias e sem internet. Em 2026, o mundo estando conectado, porém o hotel não ofertou a internet, conforme informações apresentadas no app Booking, no momento da reserva. Paguei mais de R$ 2.800,00 e sem internet.

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O chuveiro é bom, a cama é boa. Roupa de cama boa limpeza também. Pedimos lençol extra e fomos atendidos.

Cons:

Inicialmente nos colocaram num quarto cujo ar condicionado não funcionava. Tentamos resolver o problema e enviaram a manutenção, o que não funcionou. Em seguida nos trocaram de quarto. Como chegamos muito cansados, eu adoraria não ter passado por essa espera.

Não tomei café da manhã no hotel (como estava nos planos) porque tive uma refeição no restaurante que foi decepcionante. Pedimos uma pizza de calabresa que tinha uma massa extremamente dura e grossa. 5x mais grossa do que a de uma pizza normal, era algo realmente inconcebível rs! Claramente foi mal feita.
