A atendente era muito solícita e todos os funcionários bem educados.

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto que o ar-condicionado não gelava, tiveram que nos trocar. No segundo quarto o banheiro era forro no teto de PVC e o chuveiro saia do teto de PVC onde vazava agua por todo lado envolta do chuveiro. Sinceramente parecia hotel de beira de estrada. café da manhã, o suco era uma mistura de suco pronto com pequenos gominhos de laranja, para enganar que era suco natural. A mesa do quarto estava com acabamento descolando.

Cons:

Roupas de cana e banho, impecáveis. Excelente localização e vista para o mar. O restaurante é muito bom! Vinho, cerveja, petisco e pizza da melhor qualidade. Fomos atendidos pela Milena, que foi muito simpática, atenta e eficiente. 👏

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou. Chegamos de outra viagem, muito cansados. Precisávamos de banho e descanso; porém, ao entrarmos no quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionava. Ficamos 2 horas esperando uma solução, mas não foi resolvido. Sendo assim, trocaram nosso quarto, que, gentilmente, a menina ligou o ar antes de entrarmos. Ao tentar abrir a porta, o cartão não funcionou. Tivemos que retornar à recepção para resolver. Finalmente, pudemos tomar um banho e descansar.
