Quarto com cheiro de mofo, elevador com problema que derrubou o café da manhã que eu estava levando pro quarto e me sujando todo, não tem serviço de quarto, pois tudo teria que descer pra buscar.

Cons:

Porem nos dois dias que acordamos, o elevador não estava funcionando e estávamos no quinto andar. Além disso, o ar parecia não gelar muito bem

Quartos precisam de reforma urgente!
Pros:

Os funcionários foram todos excelentes, sempre atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. O estacionamento foi bom, pois o hotel estava vazio. Lá tem vagas cobertas e não cobertas, mas as vagas são apertadas.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto era puro mofo. Trocamos e o segundo tinha lâmpadas led que continuavam acesar ao desligar o interruptor, só 1 tomada funcionando no quarto inteiro, porta de entrada já descascando e com um vão tão grande por baixo que passa muita luz do corredor, luz e exaustor do banheiro queimados. Enfim, tanta coisa com problema que nem parece ser um hotel da rede. Se não é o melhor de todos, os hotéis da rede sempre tem um padrão mínimo, e esse não oferece nem esse mínimo nos quartos.

Bom mas tem cheiro de mofo

O quarto é confortável e o atendimento é muito bom.

Cons:

Achei o quarto e os corredores do hotel com cheiro de mofo. Aparentemente esse é um padrão desse tipo de Ibis. No ES, no RJ e agora em Macaé, tudo tem cheiro de mofo, provavelmente por causa do carpete que eles usam no hotel inteiro. Pra quem tem crises alérgicas como eu, nao recomendo.

Falta manutenção e cuidado
Cons:

O primeiro quarto que me colocaram estava repleto de mofo, pedi para trocar e me trocaram para um melhor. Mas não sei que produto de limpeza eles utilizaram nas roupas de cama e banho mas estou me coçando desde que voltei de lá, não recomendo.
