Allez y si vous avez besoin de calme et de randonner 😉
Pros:

L’établissement est bien situé, dans un endroit tranquille qui permet le départ de plusieurs randonnées et la visite du sanctuaire.
Le personnel était très prof et serviable. Le réceptionniste a était à l’écoute et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.
Le petit déjeuner est conforme aux photos.
Les chambres sont confortables, toutefois mal insonorisées, mais hélas c’est le cas dans plusieurs hôtels, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Séjour exceptionnel à Arantzazu
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel au milieu d’un paysage magnifique. Le bar et le restaurant étaient disponibles pour la plupart du temps. Les plats étaient très bon. Les personnels et les services étaient au top. Tout était très propre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hemos pasado unos días de paz y tranquilidad, en un entorno fantástico.
Pros:

El entorno, la Iglesia y el tipo de construcción es impresionante. La paz que se siente allá no tiene precio.

Cons:

El restaurante y el bar un poco caros y poco atentos, teníamos que ir a buscar la comida a la barra en vez de traerla a la mesa, pocas ganas de trabajar.

Terrible check in and paper thin walls
Pros:

The views were great.

Cons:

We arrived tired with an equally tired baby only to wait 35 minutes to check in. First it was 20 minutes fulfilling the endless bureaucracy for another family ahead of us including some failed payments etc. When our term came there was no apology, just a suggestion we should let the couple behind us pass as we were missing a passport to check in. Thankfully our check in took so long that my partner was able to go back to the car and come back with the passport when it was needed. Besides that there are no vegetarian or vegan options for dinner or breakfast and the walls are paper thin. We could hear the TV late into the night and I even heard our neighbour fart. Would not recommend.
