Pros:

Hôtel très accueillant, charmant et bien décoré, personnel adorable, petit déjeuner parfait avec juste ce qu'il faut ni plus ni moins. La mise à disposition de glacières, parasols et autre matériel de plage est un gros plus. La ville est à 10 minutes à pied et nous avons toujours trouvé facilement des places de parking à proximité.

Cons:

Il manque un espace extérieur pour que ce soit parfait ! No comment sur le tarif particulièrement élevé, il semble que ce soit les prix en plein mois d'août à Minorque...

Todo o staff era muito simpático. a Localização é excelente e a comunicação foi sempre muito fácil com todas as indicações e facillidade de check in. O Bernard - dono do espaço - é de uma simpatia única e deu-nos sempre dicas adaptadas aos nossos gostos. O espaço tem chapéus de sol e malas de praia para utilizarmos o que facilitou muito a nossa vida. Sem dúvida um lugar para voltar.

Exceptionnel ! Une petite maison d hôtes qui est un vrai petit cocon. Le gérant ainsi que son équipe est charmant, aux petits soins pour ses voyageurs. C est extrêmement propre.
Nouveau voyage à Minorque...c est ici que je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation !

Gostei de tudo. São muitos simpáticos, é tudo muito limpo e gerido. Bem decorado. Bom pequeno almoço e óptima energia.
Fiquei num quarto individual e não achei tão pequeno assim, e já há ar condicionado além de ventoinha.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très charmant et le personnel incroyablement gentil. Tout était absolument parfait.
On se sent comme à la maison. Bernat, le gérant, nous conseille très bien et avec une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est propre, très mignon, bien situé, à quelques pas du centre-ville et avec un parking gratuit à proximité. Un grand merci !

El ambiente acogedor, la amabilidad del personal y los pequeños detalles disponibles como las sombrillas, bolsas de playa, neveritas. Tienen un congelador con agua congelada para que te puedas llevar a la playa (pagas las botellas que te llevas al salir). El desayuno muy bueno. Un 10!

Infelizmente não valeu pelo valor que me foi cobrado
Pros:

Recepção do Bernart foi bastante positiva e limpeza do local. Eles tem alguns itens para emprestimo como cortesia como bolsa termica e guarda-sol.

Cons:

Os pontos que não gostei:
- o frigobar fica na recepção não sendo cômodo para o hospede. E mesmo colocando na maior temperatura não gelava o suficiente como nos Brasileiros gostamos.
- o ar condicionado e a tv tem bloqueio de temperatura e volume.
- as toalhas e roupa de cama são trocadas somente depois de 4 diárias.
- outro ponto que ocorreu foi que quando chegamos tivemos que ligar para o telefone do proprietário para conseguir entrar sendo q estava exatamente no horario do check-in, meio dia . Me pergunto se eu não tivesse rede de telefonia ativa como iria fazer.

La cercanía al centro de Ciutadella y a 2 minutos de la estación de autobuses para ir a las Calas aunado a eso la Atención , la limpieza y la buena disposición ya que te prestan sombrillas y mochilas térmicas

Perfetto!
Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente, a pochi passi dal centro e con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Lo staff super gentile e sempre disponibile. Bernard poi è il vero valore aggiunto.
