Excelente hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the city. Child friendly in all aspects. Our family had a jolly good stay. Proximity of the Metro being just a foot outside the hotel is pure bliss!

Very friendly customer service
It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!

Staff generally friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for two adults and two children. The only issue is there was no place to wash hands in the toilet we had to go to the bathroom .
Cleanliness
Bad smell that was not remedied after we told front desk first day. “I’ll call housekeeping”. Smell from drain smelled very strong like sewer right by master bed- 1 meter away. Ever fixed. Smelled throughout trip.
Location had amazing Turk and boulangeries to choose from, so affordable.
Far from sites. Not walkable at all at metro even got expensive for 2.50 for family of 4 for several trips/ day.
Definitely not 4 star!!! 3 at best but did appreciate water and fridge and extra trundle.
The guy receptionist very nice and very accommodating. He let us check in early but the girl who was working in the evening very rude and unprofessional. And the other staff members very nice and friendly
I really like my staying at the hotel. It’s easy to get access to the train station and bus. Near the a lot of food places.
The hotel is very modern, nice rooms, the staff was welcoming, check in was fast.
Hotel is right next to a metro station and in from of a tram line, an Uber ride to the attractions was around 10-15 depending on traffic and about 15 to 20 Euro.
Would stay here again...
It’s parking too far , showing on website during booking 2mint walk , that’s not true , big difficulties with kids .

Bed comfort nice rooms
Room was quite big for Europe. Everything clean and modern. Staff was outstanding! Very accommodating. Good breakfast. Close to a fun flea market on Saturday and fantastic farmers market on Sunday.

Wonderful property, clean, modern, right next to a tram and metro, lots of cafes and bakeries nearby, helpful staff, great breakfast, would definitely stay again!
