Emplacement exceptionnel , à proximité de lieux clés et très bien desservi en terme de transport.
Chambres spacieuses et excellente insonorisation , bien que l’hotel soit en plein coeur de Londres.

Cons:

2 petits bémols à noter :
- la cuisine de la brasserie chez Joel était délicieuse mais le service a été long (1h), sans mise en bouche ou apéritif offert pour patienter. 7€ pour une bouteille d’eau ou une panière de pain, on les déguste!
- on ne peut pas aller à la piscine quand on le souhaite. Le personnel a pu nous réserver un creneau, mais quand on book un hotel avec piscine, on apprecie pouvoir y accéder sur notre temps libre, sans réserver 24h avant

Absolutely awful experience
Cons:

Our stay at Hyde Park Boutique Hotel in London was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

To begin with, the facilities were dreadful. Our room was located on the third floor and there is no lift whatsoever. There were absolutely no provisions to make access easier, which meant hauling luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer comfortable accommodation.

The room itself was advertised as a triple room, but in reality it was nothing more than a tiny box crammed with beds. The layout felt almost comical ,the beds were squeezed in like something out of the Three Little Pigs, with barely any space to move around. On top of that, the room was not properly cleaned during our stay. Basic housekeeping appeared to be non-existent.

What truly made the experience unbearable, however, was the attitude of the receptionist who attended us on the afternoon of 26 February. Unfortunately, she never provided her name. She was extremely rude, unpleasant, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. Despite us having all the booking documentation, she refused to let us check in, insisting that there was no reservation under our name. She offered no explanation, no help, and treated us with complete indifference.

To make matters worse, when we checked out the receptionist attempted to charge us £20 simply to leave our luggage at the hotel for a short time. When we refused, the price suddenly dropped to £5. Even so, being charged at all for basic luggage storage…something that is free in many places, it felt like a joke.

Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. Even if the hotel refunded the full cost of the stay, it would hardly compensate for the inconvenience and poor treatment we endured

Pros:

Habitación cómoda, limpia. Hotel silencioso. No tiene ascensor pero eso lo aclaran desde el principio. Pudimos dejar el equipaje el último día mientras paseamos y luego lo fuimos a retirar.
La ubicación es ideal, está a pocas cuadras de Hyde park por lo que ir a pasear por allí o cruzarlo para llegar a Kensington palace o el Palacio de Buckingham es súper sencillo. Lo recomiendo.
