La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran cómodas y el hotel bien ubicado con acceso a metro, autobús y estaciones de tren. El personal fue siempre muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña para tres personas y con un armario demasiado pequeño. El baño también era excesivamente pequeño y el establecimiento no disponía de ascensor. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero le faltaba algo de variedad.

Cons:

Le bruit de la chambre B11 est catastrophique.
Cette chambre famille est située sous la salle des petits déjeuners. Nous étions réveillé tous les matins à 6h avec un bruit non-stop jusqu’à la fin des petits déjeuners..
Le plus regrettable, c’est que l’hôtel n’a rien fait pour pallier à ce désagrément.

Excellent value option for work or leisure.
Pros:

The property is a lovely small hotel with lots of history. It's been really nicely renovated and the staff are very friendly.
I had a single room on the top floor which was very comfortable and I enjoyed a great night's sleep. The continental breakfast was an added bonus.

Cons:

There's not much wrong with the place. There is no lift as expected in a property of that sort so it's a steep climb to the top. Those who would struggle should request a ground or first floor room.

Pros:

The location was good. Very close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street and other attractions.

Cons:

Mattress was so uncomfortable. Lighting was so poor. Couldn’t see when wearing makeup. Windows were drafty.

de locatie

Cons:

onze kamer bevond zich onder de eetzaal.
vanaf 4u in de morgen werd er met stoelen en tafels geschoven en gezeuld.
wellicht om de eetzaal te stofzuigen en klaar te maken voor ontbijt.
vanaf 4u was ons volledig gezin wakker door het overmatige lawaai.

de matrasovertrekken hadden zichtbare gele vlekken en de lakens waren op verschillende plaatsen gescheurd.

de gezinskamer met 4 bedden had een badkamer uitgerust met de kleinste lavabo die te vinden is op de markt.

bij aankomst mochten we niet naar het toilet omdat ze de toiletten aan het schilderen waren. Al stonden verschillende kamers leeg, toch mochten wij geen gebruik maken van het toilet.

we moesten betalen voor het achterlaten van onze bagage op incheckdag. 5 minuten nadat we de koffers hadden achtergelaten kwamen we terug om nog iets uit de koffers te halen. Geen mens die ons heeft gezien op dat moment...

Good location, just don’t stay in the room too long…
Pros:

Staff were pleasant and friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced and under delivered. £12pp for cheap white bread, tiny stale pastries and and sweaty cheese was not value for money. The rooms were hot and stuffy, with uncomfortable beds.

Boa localização
Pros:

Da localização. Muito perto da estação de metro Bayswater e de vários restaurantes. O supermercado MS food era lá perto e tinha bons produtos a preços razoáveis.

Cons:

Dos funcionários. À excepção da senhora do pequeno-almoço, todos eles são pouco ou nada simpáticos.
Em relação ao quarto, ficamos no rés-do-chão (não tivemos de subir escadas, que pelos vistos são muito íngremes) mas a vista do quarto era uma parede de cimento! No site deles, não há fotos deste quarto e percebe-se porquê 😒
O pequeno-almoço era razoável, apesar de muito pouco variado. Para tristeza do meu marido, era pequeno-almoço continental e por isso nada de bacon, nem ovos mexidos (só ovos cozidos e fruta de lata). Nos últimos 2 dias já introduziram fruta fresca, mas podem melhorar bastante neste aspeto.
